this is twice this week i've heard of this happening. work cardio into your routine if it isn't. try HIIT it's supposed to be miraculous for this. if neither work cut cardio out completely.
It could be that your pelvic floor is overly tight, or there is some imbalance in your pelvis restricting blood flow

Its likely a heart problem, go to the doctor before continuing to exercise or you may go into cardiac arrest and shit your pants and die.

I think this might be my problem, though it has some relation with bloating in the intestines. Sometimes I can't urinate, sometimes it's easy. So it can't be prostate inflammation or any of the rest of it, but I can't see bloat being able to compress the pelvic floor to that extent. Maybe it's triggering some sort of muscular response which tightens and locks up?
Very strange. Some evidence of a bladder / prostate infection, particulate in the urine, but it's all very strange. Orgasms haven't been exciting for many years, but I'm also pretty miserable.

Have you ruled out psychological issues? I had the same shit happen to me but it turned out I had been relying on porn and a good death grip technique for so long that nothing else did the trick.

You could also be "over training" if you're there starting out hoisting shit for 3 hours a day.
When I was a teen and began working out I'd notice my dick would sgrivel up cause of the blood going elsewhere.

How am I over training if I have just started lifting this month after been away from cardio and lifting for a year
I haven't even gone super heavy yet. But yes I struggle breathing because I just joined a gym and my cardio isnt there yet

Long rest periods btw. I used to do like 5-10 min rest

Long rest periods, blew my back out at 23 because of 225 OHP and next day started the leg/back day and the day previous 225 OHP too much bend on my back and felt a slight pain, next day 545DL felt good
drop sets
315 15 reps, 4th set and back gave out
and than after that never hit the same numbers again
At least i can still hit 355-385DL and 315DL with ease
