Nice bait. Can anyone tell me if estorgen in factory raised eggs matter at all?
Factory raised shit is always terrible. Unsanitary conditions, stress on animals fucks up their hormones fucking with the taste, tons of chemicals and shit that doesn't belong there. Not to mention the fact that the grain and corn shit they're fed fucks over their fat distribution, nutritional value, and causes shit like salmonella and e. Coli to adapt to be more resistant. Get your animal products grass-fed from your local farms.
1 and 4 are the same argument worded differently. Fish has no fiber, but I dare anyone to go around using that as an excuse not to eat it and not be laughed out of a room. Salmonella is actually fairly mild food poisoning compared to shit like e coli which gets spread around veggies quite a bit.
*1, 4 and 5 are the same argument
cholesterol, no fiber, and saturated fat are all good. too bad eggs contain too much omega 6 fat.
>stress on animals.
I also really care about this. Thanks, kind pepe.
factory farming is terrible but you need to buy the best you can afford.
still need to eat.
Just raise your own chickens. Takes very little startup money, you don't need that much land to do it, they practically take care of themselves, and they're a great garbage disposal for vegetable scraps. Eggs last a long time when refrigerated and unpasteurized (the stuff in stores is usually pasteurized and been in storage for quite a long time). These eggs from November will look and taste almost the same as the ones grabbed this morning
>Zero fibre
Yes I only eat foods that contain every micro and macronutrient!!
what a retarded way to label eggs
>eat one
>no fucking clue when you got them
>theres no proof fibre is benifical. Consuming 0g fibre a day can cure constipation
>when you cook eggs all the bacteria dies, including salmonella. Just don't eat it raw like an idiot
>saturated fat in moderation isn't bad
They're labeled for a carton of 60 which gets filled between 5-10 days depending on the season since the 6 hens I have can lay 2 a day during the spring and summer. The labeling is for the carton so I know when the new one is started since a week doesn't really make much difference for fresh eggs. Just don't be a fucking brainlet and eat the labeled ones last
i know its bait but this retarded vegan propaganda bullshit pisses me off when i hear normies repeating it
>1. loaded with cholesterol
cholesterol doesn't metabolize as blood cholesterol, we've known this since the fucking 1980's, faggot
>2. eggs have zero fiber
so also eat something else that has fiber, what the fuck?
>3. eating raw food that's been sitting in chicken shit makes you sick
wow didnt know, thanks for the tip
>4. they up your risk of developing heart disease and diabetes
see #1, this isn't the 1980s
>5. 70% of their calories come from saturated fat
so we're playing jewish number games and using a retarde metric to try to hide the fact that the majority of the fats in eggs are unsaturated, and as such, are more likely to reduce heat disease and diabetes risk than increase it
>6. pooping increases the risk of colon cancer
guess i'll just stop eating then
>eat labeled ones last
>keep refilling carton
>labeled ones end up being 3 months old by the time you get to them
this
retards will literally do everything lazily.
There are 4 cartons in rotation, fren. Not to mention I give a lot away to friends and coworkers
How many chickens do you have, and how often do they lay eggs? One of my dreams is to have a backyard with some chickens, some bees, and a three season vegetable garden
6 hens. Used to have 7, but one ran off after some animal tried to get to their food, and 2 are younger because I had to replace 2 that died. In the winter they usually average about an egg a day each, but in the spring and summer they'll all regularly lay 2 a day. The next plan is to get a small beehive going, but I'm a little hesitant on it because I grow peppers and tomatoes in the summer and the bees that already live in one of the trees in the backyard kinda cross-pollinated them and I wound up with fucked up tomatoes (or at least that's what I think happened with them)

GREAT REASONS TO IGNORE EGGS:
1. They are not profitable for big companies
2. Chickens are birds lmao
3. You will get extremely good gains and be able to lift abstract concepts
4. Stop, you are making me upset!
5. You're a dumb vegan
6. They're 2 colors and you have to whisk them to make them 1 color
Dietary cholesterol doesn't directly translate into serum cholesterol unless your biochemical regulatory mechanisms are defective.
If you aren't on cholesterol medication for managing this problem, consuming additional cholesterol won't increase your serum cholesterol. A healthy body gets rid of the excess.

5 reasons to STOP drinking water!
1. Water has zero fiber!
2. Contaminated water can cause TYPHOID and DYSENTERY!
3. Everyone who has DIED has drank water.
4. Drinking too much of it can lower your sodium and KILL you!
5. Water has NO calories and will make you STARVE!
This is whay i want to do but dont know how
>Writing on the porous absorbing eggshell
>1 egg is 64% of daily cholesterol
The fuck???
>Mom gets chickens
>Every time I go home I get 2 dozen eggs
>Occasionally get some chicken parts for the gainz
>They are a little strange and pretty small but good eating
>All for free and 100% mom certified natty
there are people that eat it raw so salmonella isnt killed when cooked
Chickens are actually pretty neat for prehistoric birds. First time I pet one I felt like pic related
pretty sure they are smaller because the chicken isnt being fed 10 growth hormone pills on a daily basis
here is your (you) now fuck off asswipe
Why are vegans always trying to meme that animal products cause diabetes when it's carbs (sugar to be more specific)?
I don't drink water at all
I had chickens growing up and honestly, they just end up costing more money then what they produce.
They also will destroy your garden if you don't lock them up and if you do have them in a pen, it will just pile up with shit.
Another thing is roosters, if you buy baby chicks, half will probably be roosters, if you decide to keep any they will constantly crow and brutalize the hens.
I know you guys want to do the right thing by raising your own, but stop eating eggs all together just solves all those problems.
When I worked on an organic farm, the chickens did get to run around and were given high quality feed, but the second they stopped laying they got turned into broth, not to mention what happens to the males :

Just speaking from experience
You're just bad at raising them is all.
There are shit tons of resources on how to do it. Tractor Supply stores sell everything you need to get started, but you can also look into co-ops near you.
Havent noticed anything from it yet. I just dont feed the hens the shells that have writing on them
Your mom probably has bantam hens. I've got orpingtons and barnvelders
I've bought about 10 chicks in my life, and only 1 turned out to be a cock. Hens can crow too (one of the two that died did). But its not hard to clean the pen and coop. As for cost, the initial costs are obviously higher than maintenance. You can buy 50 lb bags of feed and corn for $25 and that can last for several months depending on how many birds, how big they are and how well you store the food. I spoil mine with dried worms and my vegetable scraps, but that's my cost. They also will only really tear up flower beds if let out. They will peck at the dirt and grass, especially after a good rain, and they will eat flowers/herbs if they can reach them, but those can be protected
so we should eat onions instead? right faggot?
>having an entire website dedicated to warning people about the dangers of a inexpensive food composed of only protein and fat
wow who could be behind this
stop eating eggs for breakfast goyim buy more poptarts and cereal >:(
>muh fiber
absolutely retarded. It's good to get fiber in your diet, but that doesn't mean that things without fiber are bad. It's like saying spinach is bad because it doesn't have omega 3 fatty acids
>140,000 illnesses each year caused by salmonella-contaminated eggs
Gonna call bullshit on this one. Salmonella is actually incredibly uncommon for someone to actually get. And of the rare cases of salmonella, practically zero is going to be coming from eggs rather than chicken meat.
I eat about 20 eggs per week + other sources of cholesterol, my cholesterol levels are exactly average, but my iron levels are in the lower acceptable range
