Can't sleep

>Can't sleep
>Decide to go to the gym and do some light exercises to tire me out
>Never been this late before
>Get in, head to the changing rooms, get changed and lock my stuff up
>Go for a jog on the mills
>Finish, it's 00:20
>Forgot to bring my water bottle out
>Head back to changing rooms
>Locked
>Look around awkwardly, only 2 other guys about, gym has no staff at this time
>Ask one of them if the changing room's meant to be locked
>It is, and doesn't get opened until 5
>My keys are in there

Use the time wasely. Do a long workout. Followed by a stretching routine.

Then I don't know. Go for a walk and talk to some street people. You might get some life experience.

Time is the purest currency don't waste it

Why not take an uber home..?

The keys to my flat are in there too.

Update us OP

Got home a couple hours ago. If I sleep now it'll fuck up my routine so I'm tranna come up with shit to do, I'm exhausted.

I saw two guys get into a fight in macvies bit otherwise there's no much to say, I just rotated fit and lit for 4 hours.

Follow up: I just had the nastiest poo

Thank you OP

was it the mcchicken?

Probably not. As someone with consistent sleep problems I find that if I sleep poorly I have messy poops, if I sleep well I have nice solid poops. I have yet to formulate a theory as to why exactly this might be.

Do you get sick regularly? I usually have diarrhea when I am sick or exhausted.

No, I only get sick once a year. It happens strictly when I don't sleep well. It's as if the food either gets rushed through me, or sucks water out of my body.

It's literally nothing to do with what I eat, I eat the exact same food literally every day, it's entirely to do with the quality of my sleep.

So whatever gives you diarrhea also gives you sleep problems. Interesting, I think I got this too.

>how to get your car stolen in 1 easy step

No it's the inverse. For instance I've gotten into a really good sleep schedule this past week and had a nice, solid poop every morning. This one night where I was kept up all night because of something completely unrelated to biology I have a messy poop.

You digest food when you sleep
