But yeah, keep your routine and progression consistent and then see where you are again in 6 months. You'll make it.

I'm on my 4th week of Greyskull. I started lifting at the start of January, currently weigh 77kg.
Est 1rm
Squat: 121kg/267lbs
Deadlift: 127kg/280lbs
Bench: 93kg/205lbs
The Press: 58kg/128lbs
Rep ranges past ten are increasingly unreliable for approximating 1rm. Why do you even do that many reps though? If it´s not sports related it´s propably not worth the effort. Miring unsymmetry though, care to post rest of your stats like in .I´m curious to see how you ended up with such a strange strenght balance.

Their standard for pullups HAS to be a crock of shit. I never see anyone else doing pullups. Especially not weighted. I think people are misrepresenting this, there's no way they're going from dead hang to full squeeze and back.

These were my stats before taking that 4 year break. I did DL and bench a handful times a year though and also climbed too. Was at 380kg total when starting again.
