Lifts have gone up. I’m much stronger now, but I seem to be holding right around the same BF percentage with no real increase in size, which is weird.

Just recently added dips to my routine. My bench sucks. I’ve been stalling at 145 for about a month now. About to ditch the strength training bullshit and jump back into a PPL split. Stronglifts just worked great with my schedule since i work part time and am a full time student.
