If you've been dieting for a long time, sit at maintenance for 1-2 months and start fresh. Note: your TDEE is very dynamic and drops to a genetically determined degree the further you progress through a diet. If you've been losing weight at -500cals then you plateau, the problem is that "-500cals" isn't a deficit anymore, your body has brought down your TDEE to cope.
11lbs is fucking easy, diet at a 500 calorie deficit for a month or two and you're there. It's not that hard

Do a 3 day water fast and you'll stop feeling hungry all the time. My problem was that I would eat whenever I was bored instead of when I was hungry. Now I don't.
