You should take things easy for a day or two after giving blood, but i think it's beneficial for male health.

Sacrifice a tiny bit of personal gains for a potentially help someone else immensely; good for societal gains, user.

Although be careful if you're on a hard cut. It may or may not have been related, but I damn near passed out last time (was always fine before).

they literally won't account them into population studies because they are too healthy and skew the results of what general population is actually like

No, numbnuts. you're confusing correlation with causation. Healthy people are more likely to donate blood, whereas unhealthy people do not. This does not mean the act of donating blood made them healthier.

What can happen if you give blood as someone who fasts regularly?

Most places dont even allow you to give blood more often than once in like every 4 months, because apparently it takes that long for the body to fully recover. Doing it more often will weaken you too much. So im pretty sure it is very suboptimal if you actually care about making gains. You basicly become a weaker version of yourself for months.
