Supplements

I’ve never taken pre workout before. My friend swears by it and recommends pic related. Any personal experience from my fellow anons? What kind of price should I be looking at? Any other brands you would recommend? I think something like this would help my work outs because I tend to have low energy.
I’ve used protein powder in the past but it fucked up my digestive system. Will pre workout be similar?

Buy Rich Piana’s preworkout. He is a good YouTuber I always like to support content creators and the preworkout itself is good.

Pre workout is bullshit. The only valid supplement for prework out is caffeine.

Based

Yeah I was wondering about this. Do they basically do the same thing? I don’t drink coffee

So literally the only reason people buy pre-workout is the only part that works? So how is it bullshit?

Yeah Rich Piana is great man I hope nothing ever happens to him

The best supplement is getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night.

Pretty much every pre workout throws in other shit like creatine, b12, niacin, beta alanine, etc.

In all honesty the only shit that actually matters is caffeine and creatine. And the funny thing is caffeine sort of cancels out the effects of creatine and most pre workouts that do include creatine include such minuscule amounts per scoop you really should question why they even include it beyond just being able to say it has creatine on the container.

Because caffeine is fucking cheap, readily available and pre-workout pretends like it's so much more.

True I guess. At least they taste good.

>caffeine sort of cancels out the effects of creatine
what are you smoking? you don't even need to take creatine before a workout, you can take it whenever.

I just mix my own pre-workout. Buy caffeine, beta alanine, niacin, creatine, etc from bulksupplements on Amazon. Add mio or Gatorade powder and water and you're done. Cheap af and you know what you're getting.

I recently found his channel and am watching all of his videos. Kinda funny how people pretend he is dead in the comments ha ha

citrulline malate and beta alanine for pump.

I dont spend more than a dollar per serving for preworkout so I usually end up just getting C4. Cheaper than sips and I cant drink coffee fast.

BASED AND BUTCHERPILLED

I'm starting my new sleep routine tonight.
23-8 and slowly working my way to 23-7
