After the run ins with the police I am only doing this during they day. They were giving me a hard time because they thought I was breaking into businesses.

The law here says once its thrown out its not considered anyones property and you can take it. The owner of the business can however tell you to leave.

Grains by themselves dont have all the amino acids but eating them with beans or nuts makes a complete protein
