Make sure to stick a bit of toilet paper around the chin bit, as it can get quite sweaty overnight and cause spots and stuff

Great thread. Breathing through your mouth really does impact the body negatively. Your body's nervous system gets super active while mouth breathing and thinks your about to go into fight...you release alot of stress hormones and gain weight. Learning to nose breathe changes overall health alot.
Headstrap is worth a try or a little piece of scotch tape on your lips can help train them to be closed more.
