glutes

If you aren't doing heavy barbell hipthrusts you're neglecting the most aesthetic muscle group period

damn, this guy actually trains neck too. I guess it really works

My ass grows enough as it is. It'd be unnaturally big if I started specifically targeting it.

I really love the serratus muscles.

Could HGH injections save him?

Really important for framing the abs IMO
How beneficial are these for strength in your compound lifts?

>HGH injections save him?
Wouldn't add enough height to be average, even if he started while an adolescent (academic.oup.com/jcem/article/84/12/4307/2864411). Not to mention side effects...

When was the before picture taken?

rotator cuff muscles and obliques

1 year apart according to facebook, his youtube video explains what he did for 8 months to gain the mass, the remaining 4 months was for his cut.

Traps. Nobody fucks with a guy who has huge traps.

Does he mention steroids?

Most common mistake I see is people focusing too much on bench and 90 varieties of chest exercises. The key to looking yoked is big traps and delts, with big lats coming next. A one to one ratio of push to pull helps this. Pull ups and then weighted pull ups should be a core exercise. Shrugs get neglected too.

For strength I'd say lack of direct ab work held me back early. Once you get to over 4pl8 on major lifts, you need ab work for bracing.

Finally, split squats. Deep, knee touching the floor, wide stance. Once I could move significant weight on these my dead flew upwards because I stopped being slow off the floor.

Sure, hip thrusts hit glutes too, but they look stupid, whereas squatting anything over three pl8 with one leg looks awesome.

IMPERATIVE for your squat and deadlift

Neck imo - went from girls saying I was 'cute' to girls calling me hot as soon as I got a wider neck.

this. traps are easy to train, shrugz 4 days
i've literally only ever seen one instance of another guy doing shrugs at my gym

Exactly. I never saw anyone doing shrugs at my gym. If I see someone with huge traps, that's when I know he is serious lifter.

man, now i wanna hit traps tomorrow, gonna do some mad shrugs

Big traps can make your shoulder width look narrower

Train shoulders aswell then because traps and shoulders are king

This.

I started glute training and my squat for improved by a lot once I learned to activate them.

nobody said rear delts, im disappointed
