I have a pair of those and they’re comfy. Better than running shoes for certain.
Barefoot
the whole point of lifting shoes is to be the equivalent of that board you put under your heels (I forgot what it's called, it has a name but nobody on google results knows either apparently) but running shoes typically have squishy heels for you know, running
not entirely, while lifting shoes do have raised heels, they also have very flat wide bases for stability, running shoes are more narrow and have an arch in the middle
Nice feet
>Squatting in an unnatural position.
Shiggy diggy.
>shitting in an unnatural way.
these are amazing for weightlifting. for powerlifting i like wrestling shoes though
Chuck Taylor 70s or any flat-sole shoe
weightlifting shoes will take most of the work off the hip flexor, which is great for depth, but horrible for knees. They gave me intense knee pain whenever I squatted.
Get weightlifting shoes for lifting, just wear socks or flat based shoes for deadlifting
I use my old wrestling shoes because they're basically really tight socks that are super grippy
when the hell are hip flexors ever used when squatting? also you were probably going atg on your squats and allowing your hamstrings to slacken hence they couldn't oppose the shear forces of the quad on the knee, try raising your depth about 2 inches
>when the hell are hip flexors ever used when squatting?
joking?
>when the hell are hip flexors ever used when squatting?
