100% bald shitter cope.

That's stupid extrapolation.

Cutting off your nuts could prevent baldness too.

Sucking my balls could prevent baldness too

I am beyond an oldfag, I am an old Faggot. Let me tell you that using supplements to get nutrients/ vitamins that your diet is lacking is a waste of money. If you need more zinc then buy cheap canned oysters and eqt one or two a day. I’ve been lifting and using supplements for over 20 years and using a supplement is worthless in comparison to getting it from food.

You should try it

In reality, it was you that was gay.

>have been using
>tells others its not worth

???

go to sleep, grandpa.

shut the fuck up grandpa i'll mix my turd pellets in with your evening sleeping pills and your cataract addled eyes won't even be able to tell the difference
how about you incorporate shitghetti and MY balls into your diet faggot

You never give up on supplements. You keep trying one after another hoping that they’ll be a miracle, but none of them are. If I had to recommend any legal supplements it would be vitamin c for immune system and collagen for joints, vitamin d for hormones, and creating monohydrate to keep water in the muscle.

Your parents are ashamed of you. I know because I’m the one that fucked your mother and she’s been texting me for help ever since you were born.

More test means more DHT which will accelerate balding IF you are predisposed to it. May also accelerate other body hair growth, can't remember

yes

Yes.

>You never give up on supplements. You keep trying one after another hoping that they’ll be a miracle, but none of them are.

This is an issue with the supplier, not the supplements themselves. Do some research, look up which forms of whatever you want to take will be most bio-available, and choose a good supplier/manufacturer. Analogy time: this is like saying that 'cars are not fast' but you're buying old KIAs instead of Ferraris.

50mg of zinc was too much for me, I would get muscle twitches regularly and overall it made me feel somewhat worse. It's piped down once I lowered the intake, but I still can't say it affected me in any positive way.

zinc or ZMA?

ZMA is shit, they compete for absorption

I am interested in taking zinc as well, how much should I take and how often?
I am 55kg 5'8.5"

yes

good chart

zinc citrate, sulfate or gluconate?

i call bs
>zinc doesnt go with magnesium

literally nothing on that

They're two different kinds of minerals, so obviously they will compete, better take them separate

If you have a zinc deficiency then your diet is garbage. If you had any amount of mental capacity, you would have googled foods that are high in zinc and ate them. But instead, you look for magic pills to fix all your problems. You are literally never going to make it if you keep looking for easy fixes and shortcuts.

English plz

>diff kinda minerals so must compete
momscience at its best

nein das ist deutsch

obv should learn one or two language other than burger

yes baldness is from dht which is a byproduct of test.

Implying im american

Shut up Mark

Thanks for this chart. Saving.

You’re assuming that all supplement use is a known science. I had my hormones checked and although my testosterone was lower than average it wasn’t low enough to get a prescription for test. I began taking 50mg of DHEA and 3g of creatine per day and after a month I felt like I was in my 20’s again, and when I had my next checkup of course my DHEA levels had risen but my testosterone levels had risen too. The doctor told me that shouldn’t have happened.

Don’t forget that supplements don’t have to be approved by the FDA and if they were, well the FDA’s dietary guidelines tell you that highly processed Kellogg’s Corn Flakes will make you healthy and have strong bones but eating natural eggs and meat will kill you. The FDA is a finger of billion dollar corporations, not a watchdog for the health of the masses like they’re supposed to be.

Whether a supplement works or not is almost always determined by the gym community before any real science comes around to prove it. That’s the real reason there is so much broscience out there.

>have thick dark hair that grows constantly
>facebook targeted adds recommend me hair growing products for about half a year now

probably just a faulty algorythm, hehe

Big cums

Does taking supplements like multivitamins even work? I've done a lil bit of online "research" and from what it seems, it's inconclusive whether they are of benefit or not.

>tfw just bought 2 bottles of ZMA

I've heard that zinc blocks dht (stronger form of testosterone). high doeses of it are associated with baldness so i assume it helps with baldness
