TL;DR: I need a fuckton of stamina and I need it ASAP, what exercises should I do?
This is not a fucking drill. After I got assigned to a group project in university last Friday, which was meant to the people in class getting to know each other better (I was left out and got put to the only group which got a free slot), we started talking about random things. That means I wasn't talking to anyone at all or just with one liners, until one girl revealed that she goes to the same fitness studio chain that I go to. I asked what she does and she doesn't even lift and just goes there to run on a thread mill for an hour and then leaves. We started talking about fitness and how I go there three times a week, but then I dropped all my fucking spaghetti and said that I actually run three times a week too, which is a complete lie, but I just said it in the heat of the moment. Then she told me that we should go run there together and I agreed with way too much enthusiasm and now I'm so fucked man. This is not the first time my social ineptitude will become my social downfall if I don't save this shit somehow. I can't just call it off, not after a girl invited me to something (first time in 24 years, still a KHHV). I got absolutely 0 (zero) stamina and when I need to run for 5 seconds to catch a bus I am completely out of breath. If she told the truth and expects me to run for an hour I can't make it, but I thought that I at least need to show SOME stamina and get at least 30 minutes in before tapping out and saving it with "Phew, I'm beat! Damn, you are way better than me. Hey, you think we could do this again, I would like to become better at this, so I can keep up with you!" and then in the near future, ideally, I'll go balls deep. Fucking HELP, I need to be able to go from 0 to 30 minutes of light jogging until 1st February 2019 somehow. What exercises should I do, what should I eat, anything would help.

Look. You are doing it man. You can do it. Just run. 2 times a day. One in the morning and one in the night. Try to watch a youtube video on how to run with good technic and breathing. Eat REALLY well after you run each time and try to rest a lot and sleep and taking naps. Do carbs too. You need to replenish glycogen stores and replenish them hard so you are gonna be eating a lot of coplex carbs but some sweet stuff and fat too. Try to do some fast intervals too. Train both ways. You can fucking do it but it is going to take everything you have. In the morning I would have a light but sturdy breakfast and try to distance run very slow until you have to stop. Then in the night I would do some hiit at high speeds. Eat well and run. Good luck.

Eat fruit every day to build up your glucose storage. Bananas, apples and grapes are among the best. Blueberries are also incredibly healthy for you. Try and go for a 20min run with moderate intensity, check how you preform. If you do that with no problem, up it to 30mins the next day. Do a 4x4(Run 4 minutes with high intensity, then jog with low intensity for the next 4 minutes, or even walk if you have to).
So have a quick program
Today - 20mins with moderate intensity
Monday - 20 or 30mins, dependent on your current state
Tuseday - 4x4
Wednesday - 20mins with moderate intensity
Thursday - rest day.
Friday - fix your fucking social skills and don't lie you absolute twat.

Wanted to post this. Train a little bit, and if you fail, say that you only run for short amount of time when warming up.
Just start running. Don’t fukcing stop. Start running until you feel like you will vomit. And when you do keep going. Take a break before your day to go with her. Good luck.

Reminder that cardio bunnies aren’t exactly long distance track stars (if they were they’d be auschwitz mode). And women are naturally slower than men so you gotta take that into account to. Also if it’s on a treadmill you’ll stay together so no biggie. If you look good wear a tight shirt. Watch out for chafing though. If you look really good take off your shirt to “avoid chafing”. Jogging / light running isn't the same as a sprint to catch the bus.
You can jog way longer than you can sprint.
If you are in good physical fitness or warm up before lifting, you should be able to run 3 miles at 9 - 10 minutes/mile.
So if she runs faster than that, just go a slower speed on the treadmill.
Try it on Monday and see how long you can go at a speed you're comfortable with. Then do exclusively cardio for the rest of the week.
Most important thing is to just be relaxed and non autistic. If you can't keep up, just laugh it off, she won't mind. Take rests or go do something else with her. Time will fly if you like each other. (:
