I've managed to cut from 18% bf to 10% with a simple 500 calorie deficit and weightlifting.

Why is it so hard to get from 10% bf to 8% bf?

I've tied intermitted fasting and various macro strategies, but I just can't get rid of the last bit of fat without losing gains.

It's about dem genes, but you don't actualy need to be this lean to look god mode, you have to put on more muscle mass and maintain the bf%

Yeah from what I've read he walks around at 160 and cut down to 125 for a fight. He ended up losing and blamed the weight cut on the loss. But still crazy how fucking lean that guy was.

Try a routine of regular body weight exercises like press ups and sit ups, sparringing, pad work, bag work, going 5 rounds in the cage in front of 5000 people

Actual sparring and working out. None of that 3x5 SS bullshit 3 times a week.

You can find his actual program. It's a bit of everything. Wrestling, sparring, weighlifting, and tons of cardio and technique.

you know that being at a 500 cal deficit from beginning to end of a cut is not how to do it right? If you keep at the 500cal deficit based on your starting weight then eventually you'll be sitting at maintenance cals, you might have to cut even more cals out buddeh

A 500 calorie deficit means 500 calories from the TDEE.

What fight did you watch? TJ wasn't asleep at any point. He was closer to being actually put to sleep by Cody in their first fight.
