Most I can bench is like 185x5 but I usually do like 170 for 6-9 or 150 for 10-12
OHP I usually do like 105x6-7

I mix up high and low volume sets on those depending on the day. Sometimes I do 12 reps, sometimes only 6

What the other guy said about hitting the wall is right. You might be making good hypertrophy gains for the first year, but if your strength is that weak, in a short while the hypertropy is going to stop dead in it's tracks and you won't have the strength to progress past it.

Rock climbing 3 times a week and playing basketball with occasional hiking will have you looking like that in 6 months
