Nope, never. I'm 5'9 and as much as Jow Forums wants to meme about how bad being a manlet is, being average height certainly isn't enough to completely fuck up my legs, spend months bedridden, lose all my gains, never be able to squat/deadlift again, and have to completely relearn how to walk, etc. I mean fuck, if a couple inches are worth that much to you, just get some discreet elevator shoes or those sole inserts or whatever.

Plus I have, proportionately speaking, very long arms and legs relative to my shorty stubby torso. So increasing leg length would just make me look bizarre.
