Why are phytoestrogens so common in nature but not phytotestosterones?

For one, they're called phytoandrogens. Two, they are found in the flowering parts of plants which we generally dont eat (we typically eat the fruiting parts, the seeds, and the leaves)
should i start eating flowers....
I wouldn't recommend it since you'd need to eat a fuck load of them to gain any significant dietary amount which is potentially lethal
Given the current YouTube fitness trends, if you do this and start a channel about it, you will undoubtedly gain a cult like following
Celery seeds. your welcome
artichokes are flowers and tasty
and post it on Jow Forums too
what about hibiscus tea?
My iguana ate flowers and he was chad as fuck. He developed muscles, opened his cage, then the window and escaped
Let me clarify: when I say phytoandrogens are found in the flowering parts of plants, I mean it's essentially the pollen
so should i be eating pollen?
What does that mean for honey? Does it have to be raw honey?
Do I need to rip open a beehive and start eating the honeycomb?
Seeya virgins, they told me to be myself now I’m gonna b famous
Just bee yourself, dude
raw honey was my first thought too.
we've found the next big meme, boys. first it was onions, then it was carnivore, now we're going to meme eating flowers.
Because the universe is female, obviously. Men are just a defect.
All aboard the Next meme train!
>Do I need to rip open a beehive and start eating the honeycomb?
BASED
>defect
Its called gene pool variation. Female is normal distribution. Male is binomial. Its what gives life in this world potential for evolution.
oh no, my secret shame.
Real talk though, if phytoandrogens work, itd be like taking steroids or sarms, shut down or suppression if you get enough to have an effect.
Though I wonder if I could gather enough flowers and solvent extract them and dose them in caps.
>Bees extinct in 3 months due to new meme
T-thanks Jow Forums
At least I'll get to live out my Mad Max fantasy
Some studies have shown increased testosterone in rats that have been fed bee pollen (a food product harvested from bees). Honey and honeycombs do not contain bee pollen which is a purer source of pollen. Bee pollen also supposedly has some aromatase inhibiting properties, but this claim is fairly dubious
This, they do sell bee pollen at health stores. I used to take royal jelly because it supposedly raises test. I didn't notice anything from it though.
take the redpill.

AI would explain test increase. Reduced estrogen means your body would up test production to try and level that out.
Something acting direct as a hormone and binding to AR (even selectively) should reduce test production.
>Tfw have been supplimenting swedish flower pollen for 2 months now because people claim it strengthens orgasm
>It actually does to the point I spasm post orgasm as if I've been electrocuted
>Now some user says pollen raises test
Hell yea, test boost when?
>escaped
>didnt rape you
>chad
>2019
>not eating flowers for that natty test boost
just eat them whenever you see one
this
and from personal experience, every test boosting protocl or whatever, when it works, doesn't even have any impact outside placebo.
Best to focus on having good sleep, lift, eat whole foods with somewhat focus on fats from animals and animal products, and most importantly a good social life and fullfilling career which is gonna boost your brain chemistry a lot
>user...what are you doing? you had a thing for onions and now this...you scare me.
what do? These gainz goblins wants us to fail
Underrated
Fact: The best gains of my life came when I took the honey pill.
>not eating plant sperm for supergains
this is just a plot to make porn for dryads
Tiger lily flowers before they bloom. Common ornamental plant in people's yards. They have the texture of a green bean and taste sort of like a squash. Sautee in olive oil. Pic related.
Quinoa contains ~150µg/g of 20-hydroxyecdysone
phytoestrogens are in a way androgenic, not all phytoestrogens act the same on all tissue, some act more on individual tissues like the testes or breast tissue for some weird reason, phytoestrogens shouldn't even be called phytoestrogens, they don't even act like estrogens.
Onions's phyoestrogens have been used before to cure infertility in males.
