Some people go all in on IIFYM or 'dirty bulking' but realistically I don't think most people are any more than 20lbs overweight. You should be able to lose 2lbs a week pretty comfortably imo, that should only take 2 months.

i do heavy compounds and lighter accessory movements. do i run the same program or switch it?
do i need to involve cardio in the equation?
i know it's all about how much i eat, but i feel that the intense workouts dig into my hunger and make it difficult to eat less.

losing fat is easy if you're obese because it's difficult NOT to be in a calorie deficit. Once you get down to a normal weight losing fat gets exponentially harder, a day of binging causes you to lose half a week of progress, you lose at a slower rate, and you have to be way stricter about what you eat.

I stopped doing face pulls because it gave me shoulder impingement, even watching countless videos on form.

I'm 140lbs soaking wet at 5'7 but not even lean enough to show what little I have so if I cut I'll just look fucking retarded.
