How do you guys cope with the amount of pissing that comes from the increased water consumption? Even outside of exercise everyone says "drink more water", "drink 2 gallons of water a day", "bro you're not drinking enough water", etc

I started to incorporate all this water into my daily routine and i am never out of the toilet. I take about 5-6 pisses an hour. Even my wife commented "you're always peeing you are why do you keep pissing".

Just went to get my son from school and before i left out of the house to get him i took 2 more massive pisses.

I work from home so it's not so bad but how the hell are you guys who work dealing with it?

How much are you actually drinking... Just drink when you're thirsty. "Drink more water" really means, drink 8oz immediately when waking up, don't drink soda when you are thirsty, and make sure you're hydrated 2 hours before you train

I drink a glass immediately when waking up, a glass with each meal (4-5 meals a day) plus a small bottle of water while in the gym lifting. I also drink tea, green tea, some coffee. Don't drink soda.

On misc, they say if you don't drink 2 gallons a day while cutting you're doing it wrong.

I guarantee you don't drink enough water, your body does not feel thirsty until you're already dehydrated, that's why you feel thirsty. Also you should be drinking water AT the gym, not 2 hours before.

Caffine will make you piss, otherwise just give your bladder time to get used to it I guess. I feel like shit if I don't drink 2-3 liters a day, 4-5 on lifting days. I'm around 175 8-10 bodyfat. I drank up to 7 a day when I was bulking at 190. If your piss is clear as water consistently, I would look at your sodium to potassium balance and start taking a multivitamin

It takes 40 minutes to become hydrated from a performance standpoint based on real studies. Feeling thirsty does not mean you are already in dehydration, nice normie meme though. The only way to test hydration without lab equipment is the color of your piss, or lack there of for several hours.

Dude just drink 2-3 litres a day depending on activity level. The people who say to drink a shitload of water are retards, its a complete fucking meme and just causes you to wash your electrolytes out. Most people should be fine with 2L.

I piss into an empty water bottle and drink it, When my piss starts to turn yellowish ill get a fresh bottle of water, at the end of the day ill have drank about 70% piss. I save a lot on water.

I drink around 4-5 litres of water a day, and i end up needing to piss about once every hour or two. Needing to piss 5-6 times an hour is ridiculous my dude. Either that or you have a very small bladder.

Once you start peeing water that's completely clear you don't have to go overboard on drinking more.

I get an over active bladder if I do these two things;
1) drink too much caffine
AND not or
2) Ejaculate more than once in a 2 hour period

stop drinking teas and coffee. they are forcing urine out. I get pissed at myself when I gotta pee, even iff I dont take water I just take some little piss even tho my bladder can hold some more. Problem here probably is not the water amount, but the amount of coffee/teas and you think you rly need to piss because you piss all the water also. Try to drink clean water only and see how it changes things.

Thanks. I do ejaculate quite a lot actually so that could be causing it too. Don’t drink much caffeine. Maybe 2 cups of coffee a day at most
