How do you guys load any weight ending with 8 or 4 (in kg but I'm sure plates in pounds have equivalent problem)? For example 58, or 104. The most optimal way to get that is to load 2 2kg plates on each side. Why isn't eleiko making 4kg plates?

My gym only has 25/20/15/10/5/2.5/1.25 kg pl8s, progressing on OHP is a pain in the ass. Oh there are also oly barbell locks which somehow are 5lbs each (2.27 kg) and they cause a complete metrological chaos that triggers my OCD.

We have less than 1 barbell per bench/rack, so usually they're allocated to said stations, didn't check if the benches were available.

You can squat and in case of failure you can drop the bar behind if you have bumper plates
I also do but anywhere has rack is suitable for ohp if you are trying for over %90 1rpm. Since cleaning the bar will make you loose energy.

Please explain how you're going to get squat weight onto your shoulders without a rack.
