Build a fucking muscular structure for a couple years, cut the fat, and maintain. Ffs.

I haven't done anything like this before. I started working out in July 2018 and began as skinny-fat. I am still struggling to get rid of the last part of my fat belly (not that much left, but you get the idea). I personally think I could use the extra time to cut and at least look OK for summer, and then do the whole clean bulk thing in Q4 2019.

It depends where you live, obviously.

Bulking;
> speeds up metabolism
> raises t3 and leptin levels
> primed for fat loss when transitioning into cutting
Cutting;
> raises insulin sensitivity
> primed for muscle building when transitioning into bulking

Shorter bulking and cutting cycles are optimal; 6-8 weeks bulk, aiming for 1kg of weight gain a month (1% of your body weight more specifically), and cutting 3-4 weeks (cutting away the excess fat being built up, probably 50%+ of the weight you put on during the bulk. This of course implies bulking and cutting are within 500 calories of your maintenance.

If you're above 15% bodyfat I'd probably recommend cutting until you're lean enough, and if too skinny, a longer bulk to put on mass. So the above probably is only optimal if you already have muscles and you're relatively lean.

You probably shouldn't ever bulk so hard that it takes more than two months to cut back to where you want to be.

I live in Greece, 5 minutes from pic related.
I start going to the beach around mid-May, however it's mostly old people and locals at that time.
The beach doesn't start to get people ages 20-35 until like 20th June at the earliest.

Plan your cut for 1st July in my opinion, peak summer is basically July August.

Nah. I used nightmeals/sodas/junkfood as comfort while studying last year because I hated it and never worked out and only played DOTA on my free time. I got really flabby like 25% bf.

I started in late December and I've lost 2 inches across chest and 3 inches around the waist, 1 inch across butt.

Make sure you measure, because with noobgain/recomp weight can be confusing really. It might look like you're stalling but you're really not.

If you actually stick to your cut and go to gym/jog 5 days a week and have like 3-4 cheat days a month you can lose like 30 lbs until may/june.

Honestly just do a PPLxPPLx...routine, or a ABxABx.... routine, very good frequency, and for a natural lifter high frequency is great. Focus on compounds and progression, you can add isolation to the end of your work out.
