Instead of dying, start fasting and reverse your diabetes.

type 1 is the one that cant be reversed, its lifelong and not caused by diet or lifestyle, no known cure

If you're not trolling try taking a big glass of apple cider vinegar before every meal as it's shown to decrease insulin levels in the body.
You'd be the ideal guinea pig to test that.

Type 1 here.
Sorry man, you need insulin if you want to stay alive.
If you hate injections then get an Insulin Pump

Type 1 doesn't work like that retard

if i do choose to stay alive will it affect my grains brother

complete brainlet here
what is insulin and diabetes types?

type 1 is where your liver cant make insulin, i need to take injections for insulin, i dont wanna lower it

First one is genetic, second one is cause you're fat. Second one can be reversed. OP's gonna die.

>type 1
>fasting
He'll die.

And? It could always be worse. You could be in wheelchair right now.
There's only one good thing about diabetes. If you take it seriously, you will be fine. If you don’t is death insurance. At least you have the option.

Please keep us updated as your body shuts down while you try to negotiate with a disease that is totally manageable. I love reading about Jow Forums's poor life choices.

This
Don't be a retard OP

its more that I feel like such a pathetic excuse of a man if i literally have to reply on like 5 injections just to survive

rely*

It's a big shock definitely but you'll get used to it. You may hate life right now but I'm sure you'd hate it a lot more if you went blind due to something preventable.

What you are feeling is depression. It's not rational: You have an illness but you live in a time where it is well understood and manageable. Once under control your life will proceed like normal albeit with some extra complications.

You can fuck up your whole body by not managing this properly. Don't allow the depression to win.

This is how people get fat or make it to 45 still being a virgin: they just give up. Don't give up.

>suicide by diabetes
not metal enough.

Go keto. Your body will burn ketones instead of sugar. Problem solved.

> I feel like such a pathetic excuse of a man if i literally have to reply on like 5 injections just to survive
How about when you go blind and get your feet amputated even though you could have prevented it? That will be an actual pathetic excuse of a man.

based

Doesn't work like that, you still need insulin even if you go keto. Get a basic biochemistry course.

We all have our demons, brother. I’m 5’4” and have to live with that, you have to live with your diabetes.

>have to
Should.

Type 1 is idiopathic. It happens randomly. You could not have prevented it.

You're not weak or pathetic.
This was not your fault.
You're a person who deserves life, love and happiness.
You'll be ok.

>I feel like such a pathetic excuse of a man if i literally have to reply on like 5 injections just to survive

That's a moot point. You also need food, water, air and many other things to survive. Needing things is human.

Take a few days off the gym to relax and reflect. Talk to your friends and family and join some online forums for people also affected by Type 1. Read about the celebrities who have had successful careers despite having it since infancy. You meet people with the same condition every day, although they don't always wear it on their sleeve.

After a few months you'll find that, aside from needing medication, your life and your moods aren't really any different than they were before you knew you had Type 1 (in fact, you may actually feel better, assuming you were symptomatic). Be glad you live in a time when synthetic insulin makes diabetes a manageable condition instead of the death sentence it was before (median survival 5 years: worse than many types of cancer).

No you don't. If you literally eat zero carbs and stay active, your your blood glucose levels will remain in check. Diabetic cavemen didn't have insulin back in the day.

Anyway OP, I’m going to give you some advices
First at all the holy trinity of diabetes type 1
1) Have a low body fat, or just don’t be a fat fuck. Being fat increases your insulin resistance and makes controlling your sugar levels impossible
2) Sport and active lifestyle, every fucking week. If you don’t move your ass you’ll get insulin resistance. See 1)
3) Sugar control, counting carbs correctly and insulin injections

You have to learn to count carbs/sugar. It’s usually one dose of insulin for each 10g of sugar/carbs you eat, but that ratio vary from person to person
And beware about fats. Eating too many fats won’t directly increase you sugar levels but it increases your insulin resistance and slow your digestion, fucking everything up. I always get problems because I eat too much olive oil.

>Diabetic cavemen didn't have insulin

they died dipshit

You already killed yourself by seeking diagnosis rather than simply believing that your illness would sort itself out.

> Diabetic cavemen didn't have insulin back in the day.

They didn't have chemotherapy either and if they got leukaemia they just died horribly while their family had no idea why.

Also this is type 1 diabetes, there isn't really a way to manage it without medication.

TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 ARE DIFFERENT

No. They just fucking died.

OP, I also have type 1 diabetics. Sure it sucks. Injection insulin sucks, it is harder to work out due to hypo's and hypers.

But... Do you know what sucks way more? Getting blind, getting your toes or feet amputated or losing your hands.

Good luck man! Trust me, it is a bitter pill to swallow, but you better swallow it quick.

Fake news, diseases aren't real and people didn't die from them until they began to believe they would.

Yes it does you retarded nigger.
Liver is always pumping glucose in your bloodstream
A-L-W-A-Y-S
Even in starvation
If you don’t get insulin your sugar raises even if you eat absolutely nothing
>inb4 hurr if you don't eat carbs your liver doesn't have glucose
Yes it does, you liver can turn fats into glucose.

Insulin is a hormone that lowers your blood sugar levels in the body. When you eat, your body secretes insulin into your blood so the sugar can be stored into glycogen in the liver.

Type 1 is insulin-dependent diabetes wherein your pancreas doesn't make enough insulin.

Type 2 is the insulin resistance type. It's the type fat people get.

There's there's also gestational diabetes.

Oh yeah, my own experience is that checking your sugar sucks way more than injecting insulin. Get a continuum glucose meter ASAP.

Youre a shithead and you dont know shit either.

Protein elevates your blood glucose, slower than carbs yeah but 2-3 hours after eating 6 eggs youll be +5-10. Smashing 50g carbs youll get that high in 30 minutes.

I knew a guy who had an insulin pump and he ended up getting his toes cut off.

So this is the power of ketofags education

That's mostly avoidable until you get to a much more advanced age. Some people just don't manage it properly or just say they'll start tomorrow like people who want to lose weight. You need to get on top of this shit quickly OP, your life can be totally normal.

Type 1 here
Your body just maned the fuck up and destroyed all its insulin-producing cells and they aren't coming back so you're going to die I guess. It's going to be a really long and painful process. You're going to be reduced to a walking zombie skeleton that needs to urinate every half hour. and if you decide that you will want to live at this point you'll have shaved decades off your life with all the permanent damage high glucose has done.

maybe you should man the fuck up first then and take your injections that don't even feel like anything you whinny bitch fuck you

>liver makes insulin

ohh boy

have fun going blind 1st and then relying more and more on people to take care of you. Take your insulin and dont be a burden to our health system

giving up is the most pathetic part about this desu.

literal fucking brainlet WEW LAD

How did you survive before getting diagnosed? If you didn't suffer in any way I don't see the harm in giving a fuck.

An old man in the village I live has diabetes, he never takes insulin and shit. He eats whatever but spends hours working in the field, then he goes to chop wood and since he's a butcher in retirement he then usually goes around the village to kill the cows, sheeps and to prepare their meat. During the summer he goes into to the woods to pick berrys and then makes jam out of it. He never complains or has any symptoms of diabetes

Better off just suck starting a shotgun then

based, kick diabetes ass babe

he'll be dead in acouple of years

That's what I've been saying, man. Diabetes is all mental.

Post your face when you have diabetes and read shit like

Attached: serveimage.png (500x403, 76K)

He's around seventy and has had diabetes for around 15 years

I know right? I'm assuming troll thread or op really wants a slow death by his blood becoming acid and feeling like complete shit while his blood turns the consistency of corn syrup doing damage to most if not all organs especially his kidneys as they struggle to flush high amounts of ketones and sugar from blood

If anyone is vaguely interested Google ketoacidosis.

type 1 or 2? there's a significant difference.
If he's type 2 then he's probably fine
If type 1 he's probably already entering the final stages of blindness, neuropathy and kidney failure

Not sure but probably 2

He's a type 2.
Type 2 is way more forgiving than type 1.
A type 1 can't survive 2 years without medication.

Why do the jews make insulin so expensive

>Diabetes is all mental.
this has to be a troll. fuck you for making me reply to you

FUCKING BASED
just shake it off OP, don't be a pussy

Attached: 1536757419144.jpg (472x481, 42K)

OP has gone to bed, its not a troll thread boys

>jews
you mean americans

Attached: 1544114471858.jpg (622x616, 34K)

Supply and demand. Not like type 1 can change their diet and go off medication

Found a video of OP

youtube.com/watch?v=XGKROFmUprg

The thing is, type 2 has lot of degrees. It can be as bad as type 1 or so light that it can be ignored.

Well it is probably a lighter version, OP should not take risks with that shit

He won't. He'll be a skelly in less than 6 months and die of literal starvation.

You want to go blind, or have your limbs cut off ?
You can do what the doctors say and live a completely normal life or you can try and will it away like a brainlet and be a blind quadriplegic in 25 years.

Don't pull a steve jobs.

In my country almost everything related to type 1 is covered by public healthcare.
How bad are things in America?

I have a salaried job and decent insurance (that I pay $250 a month for) and I still have to pay for a good few medical supplies.

I put 500 untaxable dollars out of my paycheck a year into an FSA to spend on medical shit, which is the same amount as my deductible. Last year I met my deductible, and found out that after that happens you still have to pay for 20% of expenses until you meet your 'out of pocket' expense limit. Then, and only then do you get 100% of your shit covered until the end of the year when it all starts again. And that's all contingent on keeping good employment

This is what it's like to have type 1 diabetes in freedomland

Type 1 here, it does not affect gains.

It will affect your mood, penis, depression, anxiety, and overall inconvenience of life and eating habits, but your gains will be fine brother. You can't ever fast though or you'll seriously fuck your shit up.

When I was diagnosed as a teen I had to do injections for a year until they would prescribe me a pump, idk if it's still like that, but it's worth it. Get on a pump and then life is just a minor inconvenience.

It's still worth living with though, some days, I guess.

proof that diabetes is nothing but a made up jew disease to pocket white shekels

Shit super sucks doesn't it senpai? Similar plan, 20% doesn't seem like much until they tell you the little plastic piece of shit used to hold your CGM in place is fucking $400 a box. Fuck America. Just kidding though NSA.

It's type 1 retard. Fasting will just kill him.

How does it affect your penis?

>penis
any tips for better beetus penus?

also T1D affects the fuck out of my gains, mostly because I find it impossible to bulk appropriately and control my blood sugar.

Most of that is because my insulin sensitivity is obnoxiously high; if I eat more than 60 grams of carbs, taking enough insulin to deal with it at once will plummet me to hypoglycemia before the meal raises my blood enough to match the delivered insulin

It sucks pretty hard. I don't think I'd ever really be able to culturally assimilate anywhere else, and I really fucking don't want to live in canada but it might be my best bet. I occasionally contemplate moving to new zealand

>below average height is now the same as a lifelong disease

Isn't insulin anabolic af tho

I should be more grateful for what I have
Stay strong anons

Of fucking course it's worth living. Be fucking thankful you weren't born before the discovery of insulin. They put children through starvation diets. You made it past childhood and you don't have to limit yourself to 400 calories a day like some ana-chan.

Take the insulin bro. I watched my dad wither away to nothing because he was too stubborn to take his insulin. He was basically a walking skeleton when he died

Best route for penis is consistent blood sugars. If I have a high, like anything above 350 then going back down to 100 will sometimes hinder an erection. Staying above 350 if you know smanging is imminent is still my best bet at securing rock hard dong. Otherwise I mean just stay regulated if you can. Drink plenty of water, I still fap and fuck about once a day, but lows and highs will give you limp dick. It just happens, don't focus too much on it.

And nigger, no diabetic can eat 60g of carbs and just shrug it off. When you're doing that, do a delayed bolus (twenty units over the span of 4 hours) and increase your basal to like 200% for a couple hours. Adjust accordingly after.

CARDIO AFTER MEALS REDUCES BLOOD SUGAR SPIKES. EVEN 30 MINUTES OF LOW INTENSITY JOGGING OR ELLIPTICAL.

This, also you'll feel a lot less angry/emotional/all the shit you're feeling right now once your blood sugar is under control

Oh yeah, also you've probably lost a shit ton of weight from no insulin and T1D so now you're perfectly setup for the u l t i m a t e b u l k

I started lifting right after being diagnosed with T1D and becoming a skelly. The ensuing gains were magical. Not many people get a free pass to put on weight like that unless they really struggle with eating in the first place

GREAT bait

I'm type 3c Diabetic. I got chronic pancreatitis for no reason, and now my pancreas doesn't produce insulin. It sucks pretty bad, but I still work out like a fiend.

based, see you in hell user

Don't know man, I never got any problems. Not even during sex or while doing intense sport.
>being unironically over 350
I know everyone reacts differently, but wtf man?

Damn, my standards must be way off. I told my endo that I was eating less than 60g carbs a day once (which was true at the time) and he was like what? Are you sure? nobody does that. I do live in the south though, everyone here is fat

You got any good diabetic bulking foods under 60g carbs that are cheap? Best secret I've found has been ground flaxseed

Also 350, that seems really high for me. I'd feel pretty weird going that high that often desu. Also, I never ever do cardio. Last time I tried I did some LIGHT jogging for like 25 minutes, turned my pump on low delivery, and was still eating glucose tabs 2 hours later trying to get my blood sugar to not tank. Do I just need to straight up turn the pump off and let my sugar skyrocket before cardio?

Are you underaged? How are you just being diagnosed

I was diagnosed at 22 and my cousin at 26. Really obnoxious when it happens late, because the medical system doesn't know what to do with you. I was treated for the wrong type of diabetes for 6 months because the endo office I was seeing kept assuming I was T2 even after I told them I was not

at least you are not gay

Unless you are boogie tier, how can someone assume you are T2 if you are 22 years old?

Fuck off, I don't know type 1s that can't say they don't get 300s. Props to you if your A1C is a fucking 5 and you never go past 200.

Peanuts without the added honey shit and low carb peanut butter are great for protein and calories from fat. Still can't go wrong with eggs. I started eating fried egg sandwiches with peanut butter and it sounds fucking gross as shit but it's amazing. Try it. You'll never go back.

I get 300 but it’s rare.
I usually get 4/5 times 180-250 per week

Extremely bureaucratic massive office in Atlanta. I never even saw the actual doctor, just assistants, and never the same one. The people doing their paperwork repeatedly saw "new diagnosis, 22, Type 1" and 'corrected' it. At the time I was 5'10, 138 lbs.

I mean, I live a pretty miserable life to keep my blood sugar down, but 350 is still high. My CGM actually refuses to track blood sugar above that level, it just says 350+. I'm not trying to be a dick, these are just my experiences

I appreciate the advice and will give the fried egg/peanutbutter sandwiches exactly one try, although I have my doubts

I wish I could eat a ton of eggs, but whenever I have more than 5 my stomach gets upset for some reason :/

not arguing the first part but what is natural selection
