What the fuck is this? So roiding is literally like 90% of the reason why these guys have these bodies then? I could do the same workout as a natty, except I would get minimal results, and it would ultimately just feel like a gigantic waste of time in the gym.

OP is trying to say that as a natty, you can do and squat, deadlift 3 times a week, hit it hard, do compound lifts, lift heavy, and you'll still pale in comparison to the roider who spends 30 minutes doing lateral raises and a couple sets of machine shoulder presses

I get OPs point. It's ridiculous how effective roids are, and how pathetic they make us natties look. I personally haven't done roids because I don't know anyone who sells them, and I'm not sure if I would trust a roid dealer at my gym. Then on top of that, if you get into the roid life style, you need to stick it out and continue taking them, which is costly.. if not, your gains will dwindle away.

You're comparing apples and oranges. Let's say that we take an IFBB pro physique guy and put him through years of athletic training, he could perform the same things you do but he's choosing to do something else. It's the same way you don't look like an IFBB pro despite being in the gym just like he is. Do you understand how fucked that thought process is?

1. He was most likely doing a very light workout to let his body rest because you need at least 1-2 rest days a week.
2. He mightve been lifting light because he does high rep hypertrophy which allows for muscle gain and increased definition.

I did steroids and I was actually underwhelmed by the results. I thought it was a magic pill, but it just made me get bloated with water weight.

There's most likely a correlation between laziness and steroids too honestly in terms of training intensity

I used steroids in my early twenties and did a split the entire time with shitloads of isolations and volume, now I really enjoy lifting and do a powerlifting routine while unassisted

I'm actually a little stronger now, I had a peak I probably can't match again but I'm stronger now than I was during most of my use
