How do I get?
Cosplaying this fucker in November. 6'8" so I should be tall enough to pull it off. I've bulked up 15lbs and managed to add 30-40 pounds to my primary lifts so far. Right now I'm 275lbs at 18% BF.
Goal weight is 300lbs without exceeding 20% BF.
Cut, cut, and cut some more. Then do some very basic weights. Nothing too heavy.
Its also recommended that you read up ok Hunter S Thompson and start smoking, to get in the right mindset.
I'm 300,000 dollars and a fishing hat away from living up in the mountains and firing vintage guns, so I'd say I'm on the right track. Minus the cigs, fuck those things.
I'm skinny fat at the moment, but doing circuit training calisthenics, shit like pushups, chinups, pullups, dips, jump squats, burpees, reverse crunches, and I usually work better with lower calories than higher amounts, for some reason. Bulking always used to make me feel lethargic and foggy in the head.

Focus on cutting first. Lose the skinnyfat gut but get plenty of protein. Eventually follow it up with a lean (but dedicated) bulk. A small one.
Right now I'm around 161.4 lbs with about 10% bf, probably will rock around 2100 calories for a while, then lean bulk at 2600-2700
Decent numbers? Also, I usually try for 130-140g of protein - any more than that and I start getting digestive issues.

Idk bro, I guess you have to figure it out yourself, for example, chris hemsworth is 6'2, in pic related he is weighing around 210lbs. Im guessing that me at 5'11 should weigh around 190lbs, maybe even 195 to look that good. Body proportions play a huge role as well.

as a woman can anyone recommend a routine? I read SS but I don't want to do bench, but I don't want to do a complicated instagram model routine either. I just want something simple

Unironically do SS. Its literally perfect for women. You won't get a super bulky upper body from doing bench, you don't have enough testosterone.
