That's literally telling you that you are doing a good work. unless you are mistaking it for some pain from wrong form. Muscle soreness is good, you'll get over it in a couple days, and feel a stronger if it's soreness from just starting. Just don't take a week break just because of it.

A little soreness feels good to me

Roll out kegs and back with a foam roller, warm up and cooldown after working out!
Use tennis / golf balls to roll out specific knots in your muscles

I like sore muscles, it is a good pain. It is the only part of exercise I actually enjoy.

I don't get sore unless I decide to do a lot more reps than usual.

Stretching, meditation, cold showers, not being a pussy

realistically if you are extremely sore you're either a complete novice or you trained too hard and should have done 2-3 shorter sessions rather than 1 really hard session.

I was only sore my first week. But I am on novice progression so maybe my volume is just too low to get sore.

I never get sore anymore. I do get a pump but that goes away after about 30 minutes ater my workout ends.

I think I am gettign an efective workout still, since generally I can't really go on anymore (5 reps turn in to 1 or 2.)

I suffered a mild ac joint injury and finally benched and pressed last weekend, sore as fuaark but definitely feels good desu

before I was getting enough protein I used to get doms... now I get more protein and I miss doms.

Same for me, i only get sore when i'm not eating well

step 1) Stop wojakposting or fuck off back to r*ddit with your dead meme
step 2) exert yourself more. Use a higher weight and do multiple sets until failure. 3xf tends to do it for me but it may be different for you.
you can also try cutting if you want easy pain

Pic for attention the way to keep getting doms is to change to a different variant of each exercise periodically. bench to incline to decline and dumbbell to barbell ect. cables. change it up.

Is there a difference between soreness and DOMS?

It's been fuck long since I got DOMS but I only feel muscle pain for a short period of time after my workout.

Am I doing it wrong?
