The bench press didn't become The Upperbody Exercise until like the 80s, that's why the overhead press has the military press variant. Also doesn't make sense that Cap would be able to produce so much power but would have a relatively shit dash
Do 120lbs+add on stuff that weighs less than 5 lbs (ex:micro plates, extra clips or wrap chain belt around bar)
