Not everyone should drink milk. Some don't have the shits from it, but still feel bloated or get acne. Some people feel great when drinking liters of milk and could swear it's doing them great favours.
If you consider convenience and cost, milk is probably the best food there is. 0 preparation. Good protein, balanced with some vitamins, minerals, and fats. Even the sugar in it helps me satisfy my hunger quickly and give some quick energy. And all this for less than $2 a gallon.
