>Tuna and rice
Stop being retarded. This is what I'm having tonight, it should make enough for 2-3 meals, and take about 30 minutes of prep time and an hour of cooking. If you buy a slow cooker or equivalent and rice maker, you can make lots of good tasting meals in no time.

just lean bulk :) harsh cutting is for pro bodybuilders

You're still not getting in PACO

Yay... It's tuna, boiled egg and boiled spinach again...
When I want to treat me real good, I bake some chicken breast, with some sweet potatoes and carrots. You cant even imagine how much I enjoy that meal... Help

Whats up with the rice meme? Noodles have more protein, taste better, are cheaper and have a lower glycomic index then rice.

Dump enough hot sauce on it until that's all you taste.

Watch those mercury levels

I love the fact that I eat extremely strict at home, so once I do go out I can drink those beers or eat that pizza without a care.

The mercury meme is far overblown, if you're a standard healthy individual one can of tuna every other day won't do jackshit.
Also canned tuna is made from smaller tuna, not those gigantic ones, so that means even less mercury.

Yeah don't eat it 2 times per day every day, but that goes for almost anything really.

gold pre-workout if you add a cup of coffee

Enjoy your sodium OD

Why the fuck would you do that to yourself? Even when I was cutting at 1400 kcal, I wasn't eating same shit every day.

gluten sticks to your stomach and leads to a reduced nutrient absorption

>wonder though
>fuck it, I'll try one
>it's actually pretty good
>literally no time cooking or peeling
>just crack 5-6 eggs in a glass and chug it down for brekky

That's easy to make and delicious: win/win, fuck what anyone says.
But there are better canned fish, with skin, bones and stuff. More fatty acids, collagen and calcium. Good stuff, specially on summer.

Are... Are people already cutting? How fat are you? Summer is like 6 months away wtf

Let's see some studies on that.

Gonna be bulking on shepherds pie all week babayyyyyyy LETS GET BIG

>He's not getting ready for spring break

Spotted the virgin

I’m always cutting ;)

Just get 2 mcdubs.. remove 2 buns and make a Mcquad. Cheap delicious protein

Buy tuna in brine and add some olive oil on the top and put in in bread eat it with hummus.

get some onions and mushrooms, saute in pan with some chili flakes on medium heat, add the tuna( 300g) and cook it for a while, then add a little bit of onions sauce and squeeze half of an orange.

cut a potato (200g) in small pieces and put in a bowl with a little bit of butter, some minced garlic and green onions, cover it with some plastic wrapping and make small holes on it, then microwave it for 5 minutes and if you want it crispy put it in the over on high heat for 15 minutes

for your veggies, steam some brocoli, some carrots, green beans and saute them with garlic and a little olive oil, also grill some eggplants and peppers

mix it all together in a bowl and eat it.

i eat one of these everyday just changing the protein, pork is my favorite
