You can only control two things, your fat and your muscle.
You fucking know you cant see abs until you have low body fat, so fucking obviously that's a first. How do you lose fat? Well you fucking eat less, its pretty fucking simple. Running makes you lose even more fat as well.
And second is just the amount of muscle, and you know that comes from lifting weights. So you fucking lift weights. And you know you want to look balanced so you do a full body workout either in a day or in a split.
This isnt fucking rocket science. If you spent as much time shitposting on Jow Forums as you did working out you wouldn't have to ask 'how do I get x body'

it's "overly complicated" because it's mostly genetic. you need to have good skin, good insertions, and typically a good face too. Eventually you'll learn that there may be absolutely zero pathway for you to ever look like that. This is the reason that not every man could theoretically become a twink porn-star, and that not every man can win mr. olympia. ottermodes are mostly 10/10 or 9/10 males that don't workout, maybe they swim. maybe they don't - for them it doesn't matter. go lift something and maybe you'll be the best YOU can be instead of trying to imitate someone elses look.

For me it has to do with my ridiculous metabolism. I eat constantly but I don't gain weight. I stay pretty active at the gym (I try to go 6 days a week for an hour each day) and I run a mile on a treadmill about 3-4 days a week.
I drink water constantly and I don't snack. I eat three meals at the same time every day. I go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 5. I'm a creature of habit. I don't drink alcohol, do drugs (aside from vaping weed every other week or so), and I don't use tobacco. The most unhealthy thing I do is drink sugary soft drinks.

As someone who went through otter mode on his way to athletic mode, I can tell you that 99% of Jow Forums is SMALLER than the guy in the picture.
Most people on this board sit between 18% and 25% bf YEAR ROUND despite lifting. They have NEVER been below 12%, and they have NO CLUE how flat they'd look at sub 10% as a natty.

Ottermode and swimmers body are the same thing. Nobody seems to be able to answer the question though. People say "just do push-ups" but you do not look anything like that by at doing push-ups. You basically look like every other unfit person if that is all you do. The guy in the pic has large shoulder muscles, lats, abs, etc. maybe you can get that from swimming, but nobody seems to answer that either.
Good ottermode is still lifting hard as shit but with a long calorie deficit. Anyone saying "just do some pressups" is wildly novice to fitness.

Well OP i look more or less like him minus ab definition and i bench 105kg and OHP 60kg for 5. As for abs i do 10x10 weighted leg raises with 12kg, and oblique hammers, but have IBS so am always too bloated to see definition.
