Gym class is not effective for anti-obesity. Too much time standing around doing nothing, not enough calories burned.

Obese children should be required by law to spend 1 hour cycling or running during physical education classes, per school day.

Because they are obese themselves and need other fat fucks around to feel slightly normal

Fuck man I dunno, I don't remember anything in gym class which was useful. Best days were when they just provided equipment and let us do our own thing.
Girls would always sit around talking though, a lot of dudes would too, so I understand why they feel the need to enforce activity and try to incentivize it with some kind of "fun" game like pickle ball or some shit.

I think it's worth mentioning that gym class for some schools involves just playing casual sports for an hour rather than any hardcore physical fitness. When I did my freshman year at high school we never did any calisthenics or running aside from an attempt at the Presidential Award

Fuck P.E. and fuck Niggers. I never skipped but I failed because I refuse to play team sports with a bunch of fucking monkeys.

I don't know about how gym classes are run in burgerland, but my experience through childhood and adolescence helped form a hostility towards physical fitness that lasted for years. The primary goal of the instructors was to ensure certain number of passes (and distinctions, etc) in standardised testing, so a given lesson might look like:
>Ok, static stretching everyone
>Right, go out and run x distance as fast as you can
>Ok, you lot at the back were too slow. Run faster next time.
>Now let's bash out the standard exercises for reps
>x, y, z, you didn't do enough. Do more next time.
>We've got 15 minutes left? Let's do some ridiculous looking team games
We weren't told anything about what these exercises measured and why that was important. There was no discussion of proper form and technique - in fact, the only form discussed at all was shit form that would allow you to squeeze out a few more reps. It wasn't till I was an adult that I began to understand that physical exercise could be more than the petty fiefdoms of teachers trying to look good in annual reports; that it could be something to learn about for its own sake, to have fun doing while improving myself.

The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start.

Just build a big parkour/calisthenics/lifting playground and open a swimming pool and have a track where people can walk for a while and allow them to listen to music while they do it.
then organize some sports for more points or whatever.
There.

As long as they see activity as a good thing and understand basic fitness and how to move hteir body then it's a win.

Now these sick unwell fucks are just completely retarded when it comes to basic fitness.

Gym class is bullshit for sure but its not because physical education is bullshit. In reality serious physical education should be a mandatory part of education growing up. Every young boy should learn how to box and wrestle and it should be required to be involved in some kind of sport. If you fall behind in these areas it should be remedied with the same level of seriousness that an academic issue is remedied with.

I know when I have kids I will make them get involved in sports and I won't take no for an answer just the same as I won't take no for an answer with their mental education. Retarded parents shrugging their shoulders when it comes to crucial aspects of a kid's development infuriates me.

Gym classes in school are shit. They’re just filler time for an easy grade. They should be geared towards teaching about health (not as in depth as the actual nutrition classes but the basics), teaching the benefits of fitness, and introducing fit hobbies and lifestyles. Instead they’re “walk a couple laps and play football or something”

I hope people like you don't exist, I don't like niggers more the the next guy but if you're going to go through life like that good luck lmao.

If only we'd listen to Johnny. We could have been great.

T. Former fat kid

I'm from burgerland; during physical fitness in elementary school they kind of assumed you already knew how to do calisthenics and would somehow be able to intuit your motor-hand coordination.
Our class would be divided into groups that would go to "stations" that focused on a certain exercise or type of exercise until a whistle was blown and we all rotated to the next one. This usually continued until everybody did every station at least once. Overall fun, but not really a great way to teach your kids how to get fit

Attached: Suns Out.png (800x800, 200K)

Dear "nigger" spammers.
Don't over play your hand.
While your contributions are sometimes funny, if you do it too much we'll be quickly reminded that you are in fact being paid to push this antiblack screed day after day after day.

>Failed P.E.
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I didn't have to take a generic gym class in high school, they let me take a class that taught me tennis, and another class that was weight lifting. God Bless that teacher, I think he was also the O Line defense coach for football.

The class I always skipped was study hall.

read it in his voice

I’m from burger land. In elementary school it was like other user said. Several stations, at my school it wasn’t so much exercises so much as little games like bouncing on balls or butt scooters. Bullsht stupid dances and stuff. They never told us what to wear, so we’d always be in improper attire to actually exercise, especially since I was an autist who liked boots. No education about nutrition other than basically “eat fruits and veggies and don’t eat too much bad food”

In high school my “strength training class” was play basketball, sit around and do nothing, and if you want go to the weight room you can. No education about exercises, programs, not even an attempt. I knew my shit so it wasn’t a big deal to me but it would’ve been helpful for the freshmen

>kind of assumed you already knew how to do calisthenics and would somehow be able to intuit your motor-hand coordination.
This brings back bad memories of a million varieties of shitty push up form. Also I'm pretty sure something's not quite right with my tailbone after years of trying to crank out sit ups on concrete floors.

>bouncing on balls or butt scooters
What?
>kids in random clothes performing bizarre physical activities
Funny, but also a little sad.

My burger school was hardcore on cardio (for a school), MWF was whatever was the current "sport" topic (typically baseball, soccer, field hockey, touch football, etc.) but Tues and Thurs were "fitness days".
At the start of the semester we did fitness testing, which was all the shit you listed, but our (12 minute) lap quota determined how many days we had to run (15 minute) the rest of the semester.
Fatties were given no slack unless they had a doctor note, and we ran in a building with shitty climate control.
I saw three people drop from heat exhaustion over 4 years, and one of them had to be carted off by an ambulance.

But scooter is pic related. Bouncing balls is like a old woman’s exercise ball with a handle.

In hindsight it was pretty sad. No one knew what to do, pushups were shit, sit-ups were shit. The dances involved almost no foot movement, little calories were burned. No children were educated

PE in japan contains the following activities: basketball, soccer, athletics, marathon (every student is required to run x metres per week and they have a log book which must be signed by their teacher) and swimming. This is in addition to the majority of students being in a sport based school clubs which trains before and after school, the majority playing basketball or soccer at breaks and riding their bikes around outside school hours.
t. Gaijin english teacher for 2 years. Was fun as fuck, zero regrets.

Was it something like youtube.com/watch?v=Zu5A8uSZTzM

Gotta say, it looks weird as hell. Like upper-body physio for people without lower bodies.

This would be the better approach. At least in my animes it seems like clubs are a big deal. Compare that to the US where 80% of the students don't do shit since they aren't in band, theater, or football.

Physical Education is a joke grades 1-8, the gym teachers are pervs who oggle preteen ass. All you do is learn the basics of sports which usually ends up to Team Chad beating up Team Incel leading to Team Incel building spite and hatred towards sports and physical prowess.
However in high school they started to teach us weight training which removes the head to head aspect and lets people help each other and compete with gains rather than just shitting on each other. Also school food is cancerous and doesnt teach anyone how to properly diet since its subsidized with (((snacks))) that range from (((low-fat))) rice krispies to cinnamon rolls.

Shit, you too? I couldn't do a good pushup until I was 14; I recall doing them since I was like 9

We did a couple of those. For the most part we just sat on it and either pushed or pulled ourselves with our legs. We got in trouble if we went belly down bc someone ran over their fingers once.

In my school all the fatties just skipped the test day and got excused from having to make it up

For fuck sake. I’m 38 and my friend and I were talking about having to run the mile every 2 weeks in high school PE, and in grades 5-8 we ran it every Friday. We would hide behind the pole vault mat next to the track and then jump back into the group on the last lap, but even then we would have run half a mile. And when we weren’t running the mile we were humiliating the nerds and closet fags by pelting them in dodge ball or tackling them to tears playing “flag” football.

I guess my question is, if I’m 38 and single and all the zoomer girls are feminists and zoomer guys are weak faggots, should I try to be gay?

Kinda the same as mine except fatties got a free card and still got A's in the class. I wasn't too fit myself at the beginning but eventually, I was done soon enough to where me and my bros would laugh at the fatties usually calling them "Bowsers"

Kek I pinched my fingers on those wheels so many times.
This reminds me, back in elementary school we played what I'm gonna refer to as PoW dodgeball, where half the class would make a ring around the other half and throw balls at them.
If you were in the middle, you had to dodge the balls, a hit meant you were out and had to leave the ring and sit down, for as long as you could.
You weren't allowed to pick up a ball and throw it back, you just had to try to be the last left standing.

you guys are stupid.

More obese men = less competition = easier life for us

based dodgeball

truly separated warriors from weakfags. Sometimes we got to do boy vs girl and the girls would do is stand there and pathetically try to hit us with future dykes going full ham trying to prove straighty wrong

Man at mine with a doctors note you could go in the sub basement and do step aerobics with all the teen pregnancies.

>have white skin
>"I hate white people"

>Kids skipping school to avoid gym
Am I so out of touch or are the children who are wrong? Seriously I'm only 25 and I loved gym as a kid, sure we didn't have smart phones in elementary and middle school, but we still had gameboys and shit but we still looked forward to playing basketball or whatever.

Honestly this is probably correct. Get kids into competitive sports and they will burn calories, football and wrestling practice were pretty intense when I was a kid, constant drills, running, push ups, and general "make these kids exhausted" shit helps burn calories pretty well.

I went to a private high school with only 350 students total that required everyone to do team sports.

>freshman and sophomores had to play all 3 seasons
>juniors could do 2, but had to sign into the weight room for 90 minutes/day if not doing a sport that season
>seniors had to do 1, but still had to sign into the weight room during seasons they weren't enrolled in a sport
>Had a half day of classes Wednesday and Saturday, with games in afternoon. Practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Literally forced to exercise 6 days a week.

It was a good setup. Fatties couldn't sit and watch -- you had to play and practice daily.

Come to think of it, there were hardly any fatties.

PE was always retarded. Team sports against other schools are the only way to motivate kids to not complete dog it. The chicks and fatties would always half ass PE.

>mfw it's dodgeball day in PE and I'm a pretty elite baseball pitcher for my age

Truly the best day. I would pelt so many faggots and girls in the face, LMAO.

Attached: pinochet_heli.jpg (958x733, 56K)

Completely agree. Nothing more demoralizing as a young lad as chad whips your entire team consisting of chicks, fatties, and weebs while you are actually trying to play the damn sport.

On the flipside, unifying young boys and girls on teams to work with each other for a common goal really helps put the motivation to get fit but to also learn to serve higher purposes and yourself. Public School system is fucked.

>truly separated warriors from weakfags

That sums up the problem entirely. We are not allowed to separate people according to strengths and weaknesses. We only separate people according to race and gender while saying all races and genders are equal.

Judging each other based on mental and physical abilities is the proper way to determine each other’s worth. Fucking dodge ball is the most Darwinian game outside of having an orgy.

I always knew when to switch teams when I was losing because I hate to lose over and over and there was nothing I could do to save my team.

It is survival of the fittest in the public school system no matter how hard they try to get rid of individuality and basic human nature in the classroom

There should be a literal institution to keep track of a Child's weight.

I always fucking loved dodgeball. Even though in my highscool we did PE co-ed, like the other user said it separated the men from the boys and pretty much all but the most delusional girls would hang at the back in fear of getting struck. It would always be roughly the same 12v12 guys battling at the front, with some weaklings behind.

I was never the best at throwing but honestly I was a hockey goalie and my reflexes were top notch. I have this one memory in particular where we played a variant in a half court, with about a dozen balls in play and you had to score a basket to get your "out" teammates back on to the court. I defended as the last man while trying to hit a basket against the entirety of the enemy team (probably like 25 people) for like 20 minutes. All the while dodging double, triple and quadruple throws. When I finally scored a basket and brought out the entirety of my team from "jail"
>everbody clapped

>strength coach watches me bench press to make sure I’m not lying about the numbers
>my brother spots me and he bent over rows 335 lbs off of my chest
>still hold the high school bench press to body weight record 8 years later

I tried to disprove this and literally could not find a single WW2 era German military fitness manual.

However I found a US military account of German military fitness from 1942

>A 16 old boy was able to command a force of 30 other teenagers in military like operations on par with an experienced American officer and this troop of boys between the ages of 14 and 16 practiced military precision that mirrors that of regular soldiers.

>At age 18 the Hitler Jugend would serve in the Arbeitsdienst (Labour Force) for 6 months. There they would learn agriculture, construction, or manufacturing. This was meant to teach them a trade, as well as reinforce discipline and free up other men for front line service. When World War II began almost all members of the Arbeitsdienst were brought into the army under various Baukompanien (these were military construction battalions). To quote page 9 of the document "When German youths, at 19, were inducted for military service, most of them had already had the equivalent of basic military training, were in excellent physical condition, and had been indoctrinated both with Nazi ideology and military attitudes... ...Furthermore, German boys had received good opportunity to practice and develop quality of leadership, and officer material was already clearly marked out by the time they reached military age."

This is what happens with too many women in a field imo
If there are two demographics that should be 'forced', students an old people.
Any, ANY, good PE educator or teacher could make it seem to the students like it isn't, it's called making it ENGAGING with tangible and immediately applicable outcomes FROM THE KID'S POINT OF VIEW.

Fuck it, I'm done lads. Can any Jow Forums pedagogues tell me what it takes to cross train in PE and Food Science please? I'll legit do a fucking Masters because this shit HAS GOT TO STOP.

PE IS STEM. Home Economics/Life Skills/Cookery IS STEM. Jesus, do we have to fucking shoehorn everything in to the STEM OECD Standardized Testing circle jerk just so parents and Governments stop FUCKING UP KIDS FUTURES AND LIVES?

Even in Education, we teachers KNOW that a large part of the history involved fuckin' GYMNASTICS as a compulsory part of schooling. And calisthenics cost nothing, NOTHING, so bitching and moaning HR and Admin drones can shut up about

You are a real stupid asshole, you know that? I hated goyim class with a fucking passion from first til senior year. It wasn't until I left school, learned fitness from people who cared, and finally had someone who wanted to be by my side for a fucking game that I got into the habit. The American school system breeds contempt for teachers and vice versa. Would you honestly think a 10 year old deserves death because some 50 something failure decided to half ass the only job he could get?

>All you do is learn the basics of sports which usually ends up to Team Chad beating up Team Incel leading to Team Incel building spite and hatred towards sports and physical prowess

There it is. There are a lot of boys out there who never learned what their bodies were capable because they were thrown into dodgeball with kids who were already fit, and decided that the problem was fitness rather than the neglectful teachers who let children torture each other while they drank vodka from their water bottles. There are people in this thread actually nostalgic for that, even though it’s exactly why there’s pushback against gym now.

>I won't take no for an answer just the same as I won't take no for an answer with their mental education.
Congrats, you've played yourself.

>standardised testing
Yup. I get we need some standards, but it's getting insane how many 'tests' are being expected to be pushed on kids. Kids know they're bullshit and their first response in my experience to lessons is
>Um, will this be on the test
If no, then they're done for the lesson unless I can reel them back in. If yes, then only the ones who give a shit pay attention.
Fuck Standard Tests, and fuck hacks who Teach To The Test for their whole careers, enjoy your fucking retarded bugmen citizens.

BOOP!

>assumed you already knew how to do calisthenics and would somehow be able to intuit your motor-hand coordination.
Wow. Just. Kinisthenics and motor control development are intuative to an extent, but not for 'abstract' exercises. If I tell students to 'climb a tree' they'll do whatever works for them to get up the tree. But if I say 'do a pushup' there is a very particular way it should be done and I need it done, so 'just doing it' isn't going to cut it (at least after the first round so as to gauge who needs what kind of help ZPD).

Yeah, I never understood why shit like art and music was a part of k-12. At least PE has an excuse. Art and music are just hobbies. Shit you do in your free time. It doesn't contribute to society. We need more scientists, engineers, critical thinkers, and we need them to not be fat asses that die at 40. We absolutely do not need more starving artists, recorder players, and wannabe rock stars.

Granted, the PE teacher gave a brief demonstration of those exercises at each station, but we were never taught to commit the proper movements to memory.
Kind of like how you thought you knew how to do a deadlift by watching some other guy doing it but then your form was shit when you tried it for the first time

*sips* Back in my dad we would run a mile and then throws balls at each other. I think it's called dodgeball these days.

Just googled "David Klion" on image search. I have genuinely never seen a more murderable example of the tribe, and to actually go past the trope "I hate white people LOL XD" and actually be like "YOu're all going to die out and you're already lost" really makes me want to book a ticket to Laguaradia and hang out at whatever Brooklyn/East Village shit hole he freelances out of and say what's up. "Physical Education", ie. P.E., should teach you Exercise Physiology. You should have measurable increases in strength, agility, and endurance as well as comprehensive knowledge of how that was obtained.

I went to private school as well.. pretty much the same. After reading this thread I'm surprised a lot of you guys didn't get sets of PE clothes. Just school colored gym shorts and t shirt plus you had to have a pair of sneakers.

>PE in japan
Based, but also suspicious. I've researched Japanese Education and I'm not very confident that I agree with it. Certainly certain aspects are cool, but they also require distinct social and cultural circumstances to work. Plus I am VERY concerned about their higher education methodology and corporal punishment. Also their outcomes leave something to be desired, not reading, writing, and maths, rather the fact the system is hell bent on making them artificially autistic.

>Gotta say, it looks weird as hell. Like upper-body physio for people without lower bodies
Unironically perfect for disabled students then. Nice.

This is because, and I kid you not, I've heard memeber of government say it's

That was one hell of a meeting afterwards. Dumb cunt got voted out thank god.

Debased and Boomerpilled.

>PoW dodgeball
Prisoner of War Dodgeball. Good luck getting schools to agree to that nowadays.

>That sums up the problem entirely
Pretty much. While 'fun' it can also magnify self esteem issues and be counter productive. I wouldn't eliminate it from my repertoire, but certainly not make it a staple.

Ironically a teachable moment about social sciences right there.

I do, just not officially as it's 'discriminatory' and 'body shaming' according to official policy. Besides, fat kids know they're fat, it doesn't need to be broadcast to everyone.

Nice story. Ah, to be young again-
>t. 29yo.

I wont belabor the point, however as a teacher I assure you there is very good reasoning behind why they are included, they are in fact essential (granted less so for some than others). A key problem is we have to fulfill curricula that are in large part engineered by politicians, business people, and generally out of touch adults who were old before their time. As such we, the educators, must comply.
You may be an engineer of CS person, but I promise you that if I could teach you about Art and Music you'd very quickly see similarities.
>e.g. Golden ratio/Fibonacci sequence, Chladni Plates/Cymatics, etc.

>Its just a fucking excuse to waste money and seem cool.
It's marketable, en vogue, and if you want funding you'd better bet your arse (or 'ass' as you say) it'll get pushed to the exclusion of other areas. If it doesn't make good wagies, a lot of interests don't care. Example, when was the last time you learned about civics and enjoyed it?
>ARE YOU INSANE
Gott see how you lot do it over here so my home country doesn't follow. You have some good ideas and traditions, it's just they're lost in a sea of shit.

>even though it’s exactly why there’s pushback against gym now.
Yep. It's a can of worms suffice to say 'peers' are not all equal in all things at all times, and educators must be mindful of that.

>Kind of like how you thought you knew how to do a deadlift by watching some other guy doing it but then your form was shit when you tried it for the first time
Yep. I just get so mad thinking that as a fucking English teacher I might have better 'training' than our school's bloated 'PE teacher'.

Don't dismiss kids thoughts/feelings, that's a sure fire way to lose them.

PE at my high school was nothing but bullshit though.

All we did was run and try to hit high reps of pushups and sit ups. Most gym teachers probably don't know what progressive overload is.

based aussie teacher user.
You are gonna do these kids right

A burger isn't exactly on a positon to criticize the outcomes of any other school system

Soon-to-be aussie teachfag here. Starting placement on monday but I've been doing elicos for a couple years.

The curriculum is a fucking embarassment with all the sjw and abbo shit. Also
>(((safe))) schools

Just teach them about your nations great and varied history. My favorite part is when you lost to the emus and also the time you helped us out in 'Nam thanks Aussiebros

Thanks m8.
Not a burger, just teaching in burger land. Also every teacher has the right to criticise other schooling systems. Glorious Nippon has sevre systemic issues.
>Source: I've taught multiple students from Japan and have been to conferences there.

Alas, that's how it is. The worst part is it's all disingenuous as it's more about avoiding lawsuits and bad PR in a trial by social media or Murdoch's attack dogs.
I've taught great Aboriginal kids, what they crave is agency and the freedom to learn their way (which is fucking easy once you know how). Ever done an Abbo IQ test? I have an ABBOQ of 90 last I recall. What does an ABBOQ of sub-100 mean? It means don't get lost in the bush or you'll be fucking dead within the day lol
>Also damn those kids are mischievous. No I didn't want a goanna's leg in my draw, but now you've done it we're going outside where I'll be sunburnt, you'll laugh because of it, but I've managed to sneakily teach you about biodiversity and how osmosis works. Gottcha you cheeky little Yolngu.
Also good luck. Just tow-the-line until you get permanency and get that sweet $108k in eight to ten years.

>My favorite part is when you lost to the emus
Foreign students love that one. It's a great first lesson :)

That poor girl will need a TA for the rest of her life. She may only be physically disabled (granted the plug in her skull seems to indicate a muscular-neuron issue), but I'm sure she can still lead a fulfilling one.
Fucking cunt LNP government cutting funding to disability sector so workers live just above poverty with huge workloads and making little kids like this go through the NDIS over and over. Fuck 'em, cannot wait to see them obliterated as a political party, fucking selfish neo-lib dog cunts.

>wanting to succeed by pushing others down
you might fool the present, but you can't fool history

Get this knothead outta here!

>Art and music are just hobbies. Shit you do in your free time. It doesn't contribute to society
A: looking at shit people are willing to spend money on you will find that art and music do contribute to society
B: art is HIGHER than "society" (which in your context just means material production). Ask not what art can do for society, ask what society can do for art.
C: you have to at least attempt to educate your youth so they don't turn into complete clueless autists who'd ask why greek marble was used for statues instead of only housing

>t. unemployed

I'm both japan poster and placement poster. The main issue i saw from students there was lack of critical thinking. Everything was teach to test. If you asked a question and said "there's no wrong answer" minds were blown.

In any event the plan is to go back to japan and teach at an international school. The entry pay is comparable to private schools here (70k aud vs 80k aud), they give a bunch of bonuses and the cost of living like a quarter of sydney. I've even got a connection lined up at an international school in kobe.

Regular group building light pe every morning.
Class wide disciplinary action. Oh no class, Billy threw that so we're all gonna do XYZ before lunch, thank you Billy !
Seriously thus shit works, kids love being part of a group and discipline will forever be cool.
Students maintaining kitchen would be nice as well but there might be safety risks.

>GOMAD is not obligatory for growing organisms
Imagine the nation of ubermench we might have

TTT is canerous and fuck the OECD's PISAshit test, they are not (despite their best maneuvering efforts) the single and only authority in the land. sadly they've massively cucked our Dept. and Mins. Ed.

kek agreed. Happens all the time to my Mainland Chinese students, takes ages to get them out of that thinking.

Based and Japilled. Good luck user. I'd love to do a stint in Japan after my time in the US to see their system from the inside. Please report back in the fullness of time so as we can take the best bits for Australia.
>e.g. I'm a fan of the student's 'owning' their classroom and having to look after it accordingly idea.

Teachers will be liberated one day from the suffocation of the Ministry. One day, we can do our jobs, our calling. One day we will be free.

Lmfao

Howdy

I hated gym class. Not because of the exercise, but because I hated whenever we had to do team stuff. I was super uncoordinated and didn't really do well with most team sports so I didn't want to ruin it for whoever I was grouped with. I enjoyed the days we did more solo stuff.

I'd say the international schools will pretty closely follow US and UK models since their demographic is ex-pats so not sure it'd be much worthwhile.

The few teacherbros i have here are in private schools and still get fucked by government shit through NAPLAN and endless PD timewasting busywork

>NAPLAN and endless PD timewasting busywork
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Fuck NAPLAN, it's again a useful tool that got hijacked by people now it's that fucking Ranking bullshit so no one goes to 'lower' schools and pay out the arse for 'better' schools.

PD busywork would be okay IF YOU GOT PAID FOR IT. Most of the times it's in your own time ON TOP OF all the other shit Administration SHOULD be doing but don't.

FUCK!

Imagine six hours of high intensity teaching, with a paid two hours of PD per day. A fucking dream.

I fucking loved gym and playing sport in school. I don't understand these fat fucks
