I eat pretty normally with no sugary stuff, but I think my kryptonite is portions, actually.
I usually eat only 3 meals a day after fasting for 16 or 20 hours. And usually those portions are quite large.

so like, do you guys still get cravings after you've eaten a full meal? because i've noticed that my sugar cravings are just actually fucked up cravings for food. because i'm so used to responding to hunger with immediately downing some candy, and since i'm aware of that i no longer really get the cravings

also basically anything that i can easily stick my hand into and grab a handful. snacking is the true killer. cereal, bags of nuts, crackers, if it's convenient and easy to grab a little bit of, i want to eat it.
