I don't feel any side effects at all, from the moment I'm donating to weeks after it, and I have donated just after working out (and eating) and it was fine.
Just make SURE you eat PROPERLY before donating, you know, a good, satiating meal but not too fatty. The majority of retards that get sick/faint didn't eat before. See . Also just rest after donating, don't go exercise.

I did it for a while but last time they fucked me up so bad I almost passed out from the pain, they were just digging around in there because the distal vein in both arms had blown out.

My first and last time i got blood drawn nothing came out. The nurse took the needle out, put it back in, mangled it around and still didnt fix it. So another nurse came in, got a new needle and put that in. Nothing came out again, so she started jamming that thing left and right, in and out and i didnt want to pass out so i just said i was done. Only gave like a tenth of the bag full.

It’s not bad, hurts a little, but it’s only like 30-40 minutes of your time if you’re at all hydrated. I don’t even bother eating beforehand a lot of the time but you probably should. I get 40 mins of shitposting time and I get paid for it. I usually rest a few hours and workout later in the day.

Told them no, then they got butthurt and told me I wouldn't be paid. I was so fucking mad at the whole ordeal that they had to pull the "sir we're going to have to ask you to leave"

I don't know if plasma places hire inept phlebs or trainees or what, but I've donated actual blood several times and it's always nearly painless. With plasma it's a coin flip that they'll even get it in first try.

Well we only collect plasma. All the red blood cells go back into the donors.
Plasma is the tasty part, we test everyone for syphillis, so if they're clear then we're pretty much free to drink up to half the bottle.

Yeah, you can definitely feel fatigued afterwards. I haven't donated personally for probably 3 years but that's what I remembered the most from when I did. Make sure you rehydrate (anything with electrolytes works best) and eat a protein rich meal afterwards. I was into cardio back when I would donate and it would fuck my cardio so bad for a few days.

The donation people will tell you. When I donate they tell me my weight, blood pressure, protein levels, and hematocrit. God knows how accurate those readings are but I’m almost always in the dead center of normal.
