You can get enought protein from a vegan diet. That's not the issue

Vegan Physique has nice meal plans for protein.
Note this is a cutting meal plan so he includes some onions.
You can probably add some Quorn instead of Onions.

I've been vegan for 1.5 years. Don't really count proteins but i get 100g-120g protein a day. It really is not an issue. If you eat enough FOOD you will get enough protein too.
I eat legumes everyday though. Just because they're great.
i've been vegetarian for around a year (basically vegan but i have cheese now and then) and i have decent lifts, 505/295/545 @205 bw
i dont even think about protein, just beans/legumes and what you get from grains or whatever is enough
