Are those fags fag-pride fags?

I've seen studies that show social isolation is as bad for your life expectancy as smoking.

I quit 1,5 years ago, I only smoked 5-10 a day for a few years tho
I didn't quit cold turkey either, I've limited myself to 3 for some time, then 2, then like a month at 1 per day before I quit completely

unironically social isolation can be worse for you than obesity or smoking

Are there any cigs that use totally organic tobacco? Are those still bad for you?

24 euro where I live

it was an ilustrative image i dont even smoke lucky

I still answer to the nicotine Jew but I’m better off

Stopped just over a month ago. Feel much better in general for getting out of the Nicotine trap, but have felt pretty angry and frustrated at some points especially at moments when I didn´t think I would. Day 10-15 felt amazing. Day 27-30 wanted to kill someone. Go figure.

I quit in October after smoking a half a pack a day for 3 years. Feelsgoodman

That must be at least a third of your monthly salary

>who managed to quit ?
Me.
All you have to do is stop being a fucking pussy.
but you won't.

holy shit, that's what, 3 packs a day ? you wanna die tomorrow or something ?

its 4

>4 packs a day
How the fuck so you exist? That's a nonstop cig every half hour for 16 hours a day

Yes and yes. I never understood why people bought the myth that tobacco companies purposefully “poison” their cigs, like there’s someone with a maniacal laugh pouring big vials of skull and cross bones liquid onto your smokes. Yes cigs are bad for you but it’s because you’re inhaling combustion products, all those fancy carcinogens were already in there. Organic doesn’t make a difference.

Funny enough organic tobacco, the kind you buy to roll up ciggies, are worse. Or so I read

>The Chad Joe Camel

I quit 6 months ago. Still get cravings regularly. Still very rarely have a smoke when Im feeling extra down or when I relapse to getting drink with friends. But atm I have a comletely full pack on my table and haven't smoked a single cig in a week. The cravings get weeker, to the point where you can control them.

The sad truth is it will be extremely hard to quit if your friends smoke. You'll probably have to isolate yourself until you can stand around with them and have a chat while they smoke. At least sober. If you get drunk you will smoke again.

Also, don't do just 1. If you decide to quit you are to never have a cigarette again. Also, if you do quit, don't have the mindset that you can do it again, you can't. Also, vapes really do help you quit if you give them a chance, but you're not actually quitting... I bet theyre even more addicting than the cigs. I know I still almost instinctively reach for mine whe I see a loading screen.

I never smoked but I miss Joe

What constitutes social isolation exactly tho? Does your family count? Going to work? Going to the store? Or is it only if you live alone, jobless/self employed and have no real contact with the outside world?

just get a salt nic device you fucking caveman

>all those fancy carcinogens were already in there. Organic doesn’t make a difference
True however the other stuff they put in there probably makes you more addicted and smoking more is going to cause more problems. Someone smoking organic tobacco might not be as addicted/smoke as much as someone smoking a cigarette filled with additives. They don't put a bunch of shit in there for no reason. They're trying to make money and they aren't going to waste money on putting stuff in there if it doesn't make you smoke more.

Pack a day for 15 years, quit a few times; most successful rn 3 years off.
Non-nicotine vaping and nicotine sublingual tablets; used to deafferentiate nicotine hit and lung scratching sensation.
Quit in stages over 6 months, tho hit high stress at work and buckled back to first defensive layer - nicotine replacement again.
Still nicotining, but good news is I don't even fantasise about smoking or even ponder when full drunk anymore.
Say it's a 95% success.
