My weight is 110lbs/50 kg and I want to gain weight fast. How much kcal (roughly speaking) do I have to eat to get to ~175lbs/80kg as quickly as possible? I do exercises every day at least once.

Ok first you need to double what you do normally. Like everything. Eating? Double down. Lifting? Don't hurt yourself but just do more. Try to get to like 100 push ups a day. 100 sit ups a day. keep training non stop.

Do you literally just want to get fat? There's virtually no limit. Eat ice-cream, dried fruit, nuts, put syrup on everything, plenty of fast-food, lots of cola, etc. You can add half a kilo a day like that. Virtually all fat and incredibly bad for you, but it gets you to your goal weight quickly.

If you want to do it healthily, then you need to accept that healthy weight gain is very, very slow. Muscles simply can't grow very fast. A kilo of lean mass per month is good going. And you need to be pretty careful about measuring how much you eat, how much you use, what you weigh, etc. making sure to adjust based on results. It may take several years to reach your goal without compromising on staying in good shape.

A more normal approach would be a 'dirty bulk' followed by a cut. That means you can eat a bit more than you would on a clean bulk, but then need to go a little over and reduce it after. This is still likely to take the best part of a year.

Realistically speaking can you gain 30 kg in 6 months?

Are you SURE you really want to gain 30 kgs that fast? Yes, you will look a *bit* better, but you're only trading skelly mode for fat mode. Start going on a medium caloric surplus at least (+1000 instead of +500), this way you will gain the weight faster while still putting on some muscle. Also don't forget to lift.

OP invest in a blender and make really caloric dense shakes l, it's easier to drink 1000 calories than actually try to eat 1000 calories in a single sitting

srsly OP shakes are the way to go. i've been doing this:

>60g rolled oats
>large scoop of protein powder
>1 banana chopped up
>~90-110g of natural peanut butter
>top up with milk/almond milk/cashew milk

blend all that shit up, add more water or milk to make it more liquidy

this son of a bitch easily gets over 1000 cals and tastes pretty good. i'll have another at the end of the day if I end up not eating a lot during the day which sometimes happens if i'm crazy busy or whatever.
