who quit the jew brew? who here fell for the preworkout kike juice? who realised that once you are addicted you take a preworkout just to perform like you normally would and you are just fighting withdrawals?
Important: im talking strictly about the caffeine, yes coffee does have some meme antioxidants but so does decaff.
addicts often come up with studies financed by cocacola and nestle to defend their junk because they cant quit.
meanwhile the cold hard truth:
>Withdrawal occurs at dosages as low as 100 mg/day. That’s just one typical cup of coffee. One study (Field et al., 2003) even found that abstaining from just 41 mg/day for 30 hours decreased blood flow to some parts of the brain by 19-32%. The most common withdrawal symptoms are headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and foggy/not clearheaded-ness. Withdrawal is much, much more common than most people think. Many people just assume legal drugs are perfectly safe and only associate withdrawal with illegal drugs, even though there is practically no relation between the toxicity and addictiveness of drugs and their legal status, but caffeine withdrawal is extremely common. In fact, many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal. If your training sessions are notably poorer without stimulants, you may very well be in withdrawal. Withdrawal also causes muscle stiffness and weakness. (Juliano & Griffiths, 2004).
The Truth: You become addicted to caffeine quickly, and soon you are drinking coffee to cure withdrawal more than for stimulation.
>The truth is, once you’ve been drinking coffee for a while, the feeling you are getting after a cup isn’t the difference between the normal you and the super you, it’s the difference between the addict before and after a fix.
“The take home is that regular use of caffeine produces no benefit to alertness, energy, or function. Regular caffeine users are simply staving off caffeine withdrawal with every dose – using caffeine just to return them to their baseline. This makes caffeine a net negative for alertness, or neutral at best if use is regular enough to avoid any withdrawal.”
theres a billion arabs in this world, id bet my money theres more muslims on Jow Forums than actual white people. stop conditioning other boards, mohammed
I don't know about withdrawal symptoms never experienced it even that I was a pretty heavy coffee drinker(4-5 times a day) although I'm a young guy(18) and very active(5-6 workouts a week) but after a while it doesn't give plus energy or alertness. To combat that I cycle coffee like a drug. 1 month off, 3/4 month on and only use before heavy training days. works pretty good

Cooper Walker
You should not increase the amount of dopamine you get artificially, especially by exogenous chemicals.
Evan Walker
I use so much benzos and cbd oil I cannot drive without fucking coffee.
Nathaniel Mitchell

My dude, can you redpill me on tea please? I cold turkeyd caffine in November, but I'm Irish and i want me a cup of tea! I've been drinking nice ginger herbal tea for my hot drink. What can you tell me about green tea compared to coffee, and what about our regular tea bags like lyons compared to coffee. I don't want to become addicted to caffine again. Is the amount of caffine similar?
Adrian Harris

I decided to take a break from caffeine at the start of December so I'm coming up to two months now. The first few weeks were a bit rough. No particularly noticeable changes now things have settled down.

I drink Dr Pepper a lot. that's about all I drink besides water. maybe some orange juice when I can remember to get it. wonder how hard it would be to kick the daily Dr Peppers? I don't drink coffee anymore or really eat any sweets besides the Dr Pepper.
Robert Powell
I'd put it in her butt.

Start drinking carbonated water like la croix or something.
Josiah Myers
I've recently (past year or so) started drinking carbonated water with added lemon flavoring (0-calorie, no sugar or sweeteners, very low acidicity). I can easily down 4 liters a day. I'd recommend switching to that, to get off soda.
Never been much of a soda drinker, but I've heard the addiction is real.
Aaron Thompson
caffeine doesn't seem that addicting, i was taking about 325mg everyday for 6 months for preworkout and then quit for the month of january to take a cycle off. really wasn't that hard
Liam Morris
Imagine the smell

I had a few episodes at work where I drank coffee daily for a month or two. but I never really got into it like most people. When I drink coffee, just one coffee, it feels like I snorted some amphetamines. I can't sit still, I have issues controlling myself. It's annoying. fuck caffeine I never really have it.
Joshua Gonzalez
Nice

>probably have labyrinthitis >used to drink 6~8 cups a day >now makes me feel like shit had to quit it. did it monday, cold turkey, the entire day with headaches and the next 2 days no headache but I'd almost fall asleep sitting up straight trying to read a book. Good thing is, sometimes I get a bit anxious, always been meaning to try quitting ofr a while to see if it would get better. Lets see now.

Tea usually contains less caffeine than coffee, but it's like asking "I'm an alcoholic, but can I still drink beer? Is has less alcohol than wine and spirits, right?". I can get the caffeine jitters from a few cups of strongly brewed green tea too.
