I'm talking about their 99% failure rate in terms of doing anything at the gym that remotely makes sense of is likely to yield results. For every 10 bros at the gym doing some dopey bro-split, there's at least two or three lifting heavy weights with proper programming, or running some shit like SS or at least *ANY* kind of well-designed, practical program.

I've never seen a woman in my life, across dozens of gyms and multiple countries, doing anything that wasn't almost a complete waste of time.

That's incorrect. The data you're taking that from was performed on kids like 11 years old. It's no secret that girls hit puberty and mature earlier than boys, who make up the difference a few years later.

Not the guy you are replying to, but I have talked to A LOT of women about the gym, and the majority really do believe they will get "too muscular" if they lift heavy weights or do barbell exercises.

They then say they want to be "toned" or whatever other made up word they have that is equivalent to "low fat".

Men are dumb too, but in my experience its usually more a matter of trusting the wrong sources they briefly research as opposed to women who tend to just believe whatever their friends tell them or whatever they think to begin with and never research.

This is anecdotal and I'm extrapolating. Don't mistake this as some kind of incel attack or a black and white statement.

Nice anecdote, I see way, way more men at the gym doing retarded shit than women. Women basically just do cardio, basic lower body stuff or dumbell curls/OHP etc with really low weights (because they're "toning").

Got a gym crush on a new girl at the gym apparently she's been going for a yr but I've never seen her. She isn't one of those girls that just does ass exercises she actually lifts weights although her routine is well unstructured.

I do have to say though she has a nicer ass than the girls that only do ass exercises. The girls that do ass exercises have those asses that are for lack of a better word long since they have no hamstrings but this girls ass is nice and plump

In my new gym so far I've seen just one girl doing actual workout(diddly, back extensions) with light weight but good form. On the other hand I've seen only dyel guys, heaviest was boomer doing seated ohp with more than 1pl8 on fucking smith lmao. In my school gym there are 2 guys with impressive lifts. In previous gyms there were few 3pl8 bench roiders and one 1/2/3/4 powerlifter. I think that most of the guys fuck around without results, and considering the ratios there's not that much difference about success rate between sexes.

Does your gym just suck? About 40% of the regulars at my gym are girls and 80% either do powerlifting or weightlifting and are proficient at it.
