Meal Replacement

So I need a meal replacement for lunches to save time and money. I'm not going to make my own as some people on the archives have suggested because I want to minimize the amount of time I spend on it. I am thinking either whey or HUEL. Right now I just drink a shitton of whole milk but it would as convenient for me soon. I am not looking to gain just maintain. I want something I can throw in a cup with water, chug, and keep going that doesn't cost too much. I am divided on HUEL because it costs more than I'd prefer and only uses plant proteins. What do?

I have whey with choco milk and 3 eggs two times a day and have a solid meal at the end.

What about Core Power Elite 42g shakes? Fuckton of protein, delicious, not whey powder mess. It has almost too FEW calories for a meal but whatever

I drink super mass gainer once a day. If you use one scoop with water instead of recommended serving it should be fine for maintenance

Just don't eat you fat fuck. Humans were never meant to eat more than once a day, possibly even less frequently. Your body and mind will thank you the more meals you skip.

>What do?
put anything that you like and goes well together into the blender and turn it into a drink. Blending your own ingredients will be cheaper than buying "meal replacement" dog shit

>milk
>oats
>eggs/egg whites
>peanut butter
>whey
>cereal
>cottage cheese
>greek yoghurt
anything goes

My concern with oats in a blender is you transform the long chain carbohydrates into oat flour which is going to be much higher percentage starch and simple carbs. Is this valid or near retard levels of food science?

Why not just do a fast? I'm on a 22/2 and it's going great

>oats in a blender will transform into oat flour
First of all it won't blend into flour with wet ingredients in blender and it's up to you how much you want to blend it. Secondly, you're a fucking retard.

I don't want to lose any muscle mass? I'm happy with my weight. And don't want to have to gorge myself at night.

That's not how chemistry works bro

Morning shakes I have with 22g protein, 27g (or less depending on how thick) carbs, and close to 350-400 calories per shake.

1/2-1 cup of oats
1/2 of whatever container almond milk/whatever dairy sub (expensive, but not fatty at all)
and everything left greek yogurt (vanilla flavor this and milk for optimum flavor)

Bland and leave overnight, I do a lot of cardio with weight training so I need a high amount of carb/calorie content and the lack of fat is just for low bodyfat. The consistency isn't for everyone but its an easy way for natty bulking.

what

How long exactly do you think those chains are? What kind of super molecular blender do you have, mate?

I too, like sodium chloride.

I was about to post a laughing girls reaction pic but then I googled and couldn't find any results one way or the other. I think your long chain carbs are safe in the blender though.

>he thinks a blender is precise enough to cut carb chains at the molecular level
My fucking sides, even if you’re only pretending to be retarded no moderately intelligent person could think of something that stupid.

its not that ridiculous, you can literally chew simple starches into sugar

I have pic related and make these shakes everyday
>1 sc00p
>frozen banana (makes it cold and thicc)
>peanut butter
>optional 1-2 raw eggs
>whole milk

ends up being~50g protons without the eggs

thats because of enzymes in your saliva not by chomping the fucking molecules apart

You ever heard of salivary amylase?

lol u right

This but use skyr/greek yoghurt instead of eggs. Add some frozen berries too if you want to treat yourself. Remember to pour boiling water briefly on everything frozen before ingested.

>get 1l shaker
>2-3 scoops of whey
>600ml milk
>instant oats powder

meal replacement shakes are half decent, half meme

you'll be hungry 30-45 minutes after drinking one. You need to eat SOMETHING that is slow-digesting.

Just skip the meal.

Yeah don't forget to put yourself on a drip while sleeping. Don't want to lose that muscle mass do you.

Obviously you're not gonna lose fucking muscle. This "got to eat every few hours or you'll lose muscle" is a total myth. Probably perpetrated by the supplement industry.

I mean think about it. Why the fuck would your body eat itself? It has fat storage for that purpose.

ignore the other posts. There was a study comparing glucose and insulin levels compare white rice, brown rice and ground up white and brown rice.

The difference between white and brown rice was negligible, but both ground up rice had huge peaks.

This is also why vegans have to put all their food in a blender. To break open the cells and make nutrient absorption easier.

what the fuck, do you have some kind of endgame level big bang blender?
