It’s fine. I like to do it separately because I have more energy and it means I’m not in the gym for 2+ hours at a time.

Don't know about the broscience shit but cardio is simply good for cardio and being in overall good shape. It's embarrassing to see some jacked dude get winded 1 mile into a hike or some shit because he ignores cardio

If you're gonna do both you should do weights first. Doing cardio before will fuck up your lifting performance.
It doesn't have any important benefits, although on a Jeff Nippard video he shows studies showing localized fat burn is possible if doing cardio immediately after exercising a muscle group.
