>25kg
You know that isn't shit right? The person in the picture there lifts heavier shit.

>55 lbs curls are easy
Let’s assume he isn’t swinging his back out like a pendulum

Post body

>tfw incline curl 22.5kg dumbbells for 10
>Only have 17.5 inch arms compared to this junkie

Feels bad

>25kg isnt shit
let me see that form buddy

>ftw do 50s for 10 reps
>14 inch arms
you guys told me manlet was supposed to be cheat mode.

Heh another manlet fell for the strong lifts meme. Oh man gotta love cope destiny and his followers are just over compensating retards.

you have to take into account his aren't fatceps as well you know, just sayin bro.

I do concentration curls with a 40 and I’ve been lifting for less than a year

How heavy do you guys do curls. I tend not to go below 8 reps but wondering if i should do setd of 5 at higher weights too

Tom platz talked about how most guys in gym competing never used dumbbells heaver than 35-45 pounds for curling.

I do 4 sets of preacher curls with 45lbs dumbbell and im dyel by Jow Forums standards. perfect form, no swinging obviously etc.

12-10-8-6 reps with 30-60 second rest time. 55lbs really isn't anything special. i do biceps once a week and after a heavy back workout.

Remember that fitness is mostly diet and that Hemsworth is a vegan.

But then they'll do 4x8 and four different variations of curls. Despite worshipping body builders, most people on Jow Forums despise any routine that includes volume.

You won't get big until you get rid of the animal fat and cholesterol that is clogging up your arteries and impairing blood flow to your muscles

this. post body with timestamp

>do back and biceps
>kill my back with heavy lifts
>do db curls at the end of the workout
>arms are so fatigued that I can only curls 25-30lbs
My arms are growing but I don't seem to progress with my curls at all

Why would you do curls after your arms are fatigued? Just do them before.
I've heard pull-ups also help with biceps along with the other parts of the body, but don't quote me on that.

have you considered doing curls first??

is that the correct way? I thought everyone started with big compounds and did isos at the end of the workout. My arms are doing in fine in terms of size, though. It's just that every training session I seem to only curl the same weight. I'm not really complaining

I did bodybuilding-style backoff DB curls down to 12 kg DBs today (really burning my arms out) and I have lean 18.5" arms

dumbells are shit, do sets of 8-10 with a straight bar.

>Remember that fitness is mostly roids and that Hemsworth is a degenerate.
fixt

Cable curls will give you better results than dumbbells and less wear on the elbow tendon

Deadlift first, then do all your biceps workouts.
Then, back/lats. Finish with concentration curls.

No. I'm a normal 6'2" 250lb fat dude and I curl 40lb dumbells for sets of 10 at the moment. If my arms are that big in 15lbs I will be very surprised.

I'm not roided though.

I do concentration curls with 2plate and started lifting last week

shit form swinging like retard don't getting anything out of the exercise.

Ego lifting skinny DYEL

>complain about power not conferring gains
>yet takes days off
Why does this always happen?

I do concentration curls with 4pl8 m8

I do 60lb easy bar barbell curls and I think i'm about as big as him. Just do slow reps and squeeze.

do you even know what a concentration curl is?

If they’re growing then who cares about progress? As soon as you shed some fatigue you'll be able to do heavier weight.

You can still cheat on concentrations.
-t. still has a habit of moving his knee in a way that gives the curls a boost

obviously he's only using that for the picture

>Can't feel my biceps at all when curling, no matter how slow and controlled I go
I'll forever have toothpick arms
