I take a multi every so often but I'm skeptical whether they even work.
They might not be bioavailable, and the high conentrations of one form my inhibit another form from food that could be bioavailable

how do i poop on an all meat/dairy diet then. Because i don't
first off, you definitely do... I eat only meat, eggs, and drink milk. I shit 3 times a day. But this video explains it pretty well, ignore the carnivore thing it talks a lot about fiber
>Because i don't
Is this from experience? If so keep at the fibre
Some people don't need it.
Are you taking psylium husk or something?
Your poop becomes almost diarrhea-tier when you don't eat fiber, and you never end up getting all of it our because it doesn't clump together, so lots of straining towards the end of your shit (at least for me)
Omega 3
Joint support
Magnesium
Multi vitamins
I think that's it oh wait i do have the occasional caffeine tablet pre workout and sometimes a melatonin to sleep.
I eat beef and cheese only. I have very very small watery poops once every other day. I'm eating at a -1.5k-2k kcal deficit though -- is my lack of poops just because I eat so little or becuase no vegetable. Give me the quick rundown I'm not watching a 20 minute video.
>is this from experience?
Yeah see And that's WITH the fiber pills
>Are you taking psylium husk or something?
I think that's what they are, they're metemucil pills i grabbed off the shelf, you're supposed to take 5 daily

KRATOM IS ALL I REQUIRE

>2k kcal deficiit
Probably both
There was a test for 63 patients with constipation. They put them on high-low-none fibre diet. With less fibre, they had less constipation, and less bowl movements. No fibre fixed all symptoms for those that did it.
Basically more fibre will make you shit more, but it actually makes you more constipated. Literally all you're doing is shitting out the fiber you just ate. It's up there with how breakfast is the most important meal of the day because cereal companies used to say "eat bran flakes to fix your shits", even though theres nothing scientific to back it up
Multi and fish oil
Wow, a whole 63?!
[citation needed]
Better than 0, it can be 64 if you try it yourself retard

guys should i take 50mg zinc pills ? are they a meme?/
Taking a 50mg zinc pill is a great way to shoot multiple ropes on your boyfriend/girlfriend's stomach
Why does pic related make me feel like a zombie
Majority of the plausible benefit of fiber is from the products of beneficial gut flora when all that indigestible material sits in the colon and ferments/rots.
The suggested influence of gut flora ranges from normal homeostatic range for bodyfat% to concentrations of serotonin.
Thing is, though, its not as if eating wholeplants/fiber is necessarily going to implant a 'healthy microbiome' nor is is particularly well understood what would be the constituency of a 'healthy microbiome' (if there's not a genetic component to best case i'd be an exception).
My casual solution has been to try to consume some amounts of real-saur kraut, yogurt, and/or other fermented foods on days where I eat significant fiber, to continually replenish the colony. But all modern living is a far cry from the historical human behavior of essentially eating dirt in a natural environment.
>real-saur kraut
Do you make it yourself?
>AM:
D3, K2, boron, ON multi (1/3 serve), EPA/DHA high strength. Taurine with coffee AM or at bed-time
>PM:
Vit C, EPA/DHA, boron, biotin
>Bed-time:
ZMA, blutamine, ashwaghanda
>Pre-workout is:
Citrulline malate, beta alanine, electrolytes, HMB. Sometimes caffeine source depending
>/sips/
Recently weaning off a fat-burner complex, still use sometimes for mental boost
1-5 cups espresso/long black, 1-5 cups green tea
>Once every week or so take in AM:
Astaxanthin, ion low dose
I'd also consider a B-complex if I found one that isn't super-dosed folate (and sometimes B12) since high dose supplementing these are not good for you.
Usually finding in cronometer I'm a bit low in potassium, Vit E, Iodine, choline.
Worth supplementing?
I'm considering these (plus selenium to go with iodine) because eating food sources to get enough is either limiting, has excess calories for very small amounts of those nutrients, or cost-prohibitive. And/or adjusting diet instead for some e.g. increase eggs for choline. Eat seaweed for iodine (but in this case heavy metal is maybe an issue so supp form is probably better).
what
i drink raw milk and eat raw honey and cheese. Thinking about making a lot of fermented cucumbers though
Multiple ropes of cum
Been taking zinc and magnesium for a week now
no ropes yet
I fap everyday and I want ropes
what do
Stop fapping so much
How do you expect to build up semen if you keep nutting everyday?
have a local source that doesn't pasteurize the finished product and sells in a vented bag (so it wont explode).
I should make it myself to be less of a disappointment to my Germanic ancestors though.
I have done batches of open top bacterial fermentations (pour of whey from probiotic yogurts) of ginger & citrus beverages that I've enjoyed.
What are you paying for raw milk? With all the milk I drink I have a hard time springing for the $13 USD per gallon
8$ for cow, 11$ for goat.
I feel you man its expensive. On the plus side it doesn't really go bad so you dont have to worry about that
