So I'm starting a 1 month mini cut before my bulk begins in March but I'm having trouble calculating how much i should be eating. I am 6ft 167lbs and would like to get down to 163lbs.
The problem is my job is physically demanding, I push a 100lb cart on grass all day for around 15,000 steps (totalling around 6 miles). All the fitness tracking apps put my Sedentary TDEE-250cal at around 1700, so taking into consideration the 15k steps, would it be safe to assume that I am burning around 500 calories doing this per day? So I should be able to eat around 2200 calories per day and still lose weight
