How do you reach ketosis really fast? I’ve heard from another user that he was losing tons of pounds by doing nothing, but he went into ketosis before hand. Is this true?

If you eat nothing for about 3 days, you'll reach ketosis.

Stop eating carbs and do some cardio. I have been mostly in ketosis for 6 months by eat carni. I went from 85kg to 73kg with no excersice at all. I mostly sit on my ass all day. I'm never hungry and never count calories.

The "you need fiber to shit" meme is just that, a meme. I have eaten close to zero fiber for half a year and my shits are amazing. First off, I don't fart anymore. Well maybe once a day or every other day, and the few I have don't smell like before. My stomach never feels full and I feel like I could go running 10km right after my meal. I poop about 2-4 times a week, and my shits are smaller compared to when I shat every day on a "normal" diet. The turds are not hard pebbles like the fiber boomers want you to believe. They are close perfect and slides out easily and beautifully.

Short: My poops are much better without fiber

I did ketosis. You are basically on natural cocaine. Ketones have 1.5x the power that glucose will give you. Whats sucks is the transition, that day or 2 when your body switches power inputs. Get ready to feel like shit those 2 days, not a nice feeling. After that tho... The turbos spool up and hoooooly shit. The powah! (Sex wise too, I was amazed at myself)

And yeah you will burn through fat so fast you won't believe it. Im in asia so keto diet is tricky and expensive here, so its hard to actually overeat. So you are at a deficit, yet because ketones store so much more slow release energy, you are actually functioning at a higher level than on the glucose rollercoaster

You know the weakness that you feel when you had a flu or a cold or just sick in general, so like that but without fevers or pain. Its like your body cant find the energy it needs, you crave sugar HARD, even something like a banana will look the absolute tastiest. You dont really want to do anything, is almost as if not enough blood is running around your. Then without realizing it, you will wake up and suddenly feel like you have an untapped source of energy that is slowly flooding your body. After 3days the switch is complete and you can just demand fuel out if your body, and its there and of high quality.

So i had a pizza to break keto, the next day, absolutely nothing would have stopped me from not being able to move from the sofa, i was high. I smoked a joint and i felt like a whale, so heavy. My body literally weighted twice in mind. This took about 2weeks to go away.

And after that, Im so much more aware of the glucose level in my body.

To answer your question, no i didnt gain it back, as i was so much more aware of what i eat. Because I felt so much like shit after eating carbs again, It forced me to actively kinda look at macros, so no, i didnt gain it back. Water weight a bit, but negligible for me at least.

Say, that actually sounds like I could’ve been on keto before. Felt like aids. I had a cupcake and all of a sudden I felt so good. I should’ve kept going but I had no idea what keto was at the time.

And i dont mean you need to go chicken and broccoli, just cook tasty, add sugarcif it will make it tasty and have a good time eating. A bit of sweet sauce or gravy wont hurt you if its homemade and cooked with love. After keto Im so much more willing to cook by myself, bread rice you name it, I cook it to be tasty, dont really look at macros, just eat as Im hungry.

The biggest thing about keto for me is that it made my body's energy demands very obvious and made me so aware of them.

eat a lot of protein and some carbs and fats, that's the best way to preserve muscle and lose fat, protein and carbs help preserve muscle more than fats do, as a natural you need to maximize your diet to achieve optimal body composition don't listen to ketocels on "trt" online

Fast 23 hours a day and eat one big meal filled with vegetables and proteins, no carbs. It saves a fuckton of time preparing special breakfast and lunches too.

Fasting is also healthy as fuck.

This. Same goes for fasting. It's been demonstrated time and time again that fasting, low/no carb, low/no fat etc isn't the way to build or preserve muscle. Health is another matter though.
