What is your goal even you fucking retard? If its cutting, then its probably not the best idea to eat a few a day, but if bulking, its easy tasty protein supplements

Good quality ones are an ok way to hit your protein goal. They are calorie dense so I'd avoid them if you are on a cut

I have been eating proteinbars and not proteinbars to hit my daily protein etc, there is basically no difference for me, you get tired of them fast tho so atleast buy once that taste good and questers are not the best desu

If you're in a pinch and need food from a gas station, good ones are fine. I wouldn't make them apart of your diet, though.
