Going to be about for a few hours so I'm happy to answer any of your retarded enquiries, happy prepping cunts.

How do I prepare tasty chicken breast? Got any marinade tips?
I meal prep 7 days. My chicken rice beans and brcolli meals are seriously lacking. What type of low cal sauce can I easily throw down on these? Right now I just add some low sodium basedsauce with some chiptole tobasco and white vinegar.
Sorry for whut
Make an olive oil based marinade, with 1tbsp paprika, onion(actual onion not onions) powder, 2 garlic cloves(caramelised or chopped, whatever you prefer), oregano, chilli powder, a drop of salt & pepper. Rub it on the chicken and leave it for a minimum of an hour. Preheat oven to 180°c, put the chicken on a baking tray, cover it with tinfoil and then cook it for 30-35 minutes.
Kek basedsauce. Nandos piri piri sauce is quite low cal I think. Not many low cal sauces out there so it's quite tough to think of any.Asian sauces like sweet & sour or Teryaki would be a good shout. Myprotein also have a range of low cal sauces I think
We all know how to slap some chicken together, but what's some easy recipes for beef or other meats in general? I really wanna switch It up
lol mods are such niggers
Thanks lad. Any ground beef/turkey advice? My food is edible but nothing I would be proud of to cook for someone else
Are most meals like this? I usually half less protons more greens, and usually no grain unless it's with dinner
Minced beef + chilli sauce or tomato & basil. Goes with rice, pasta or even potatoes.
Any kind of fish with cajun or a chilli seasoning + couscous with lime and spring onion stirred through it
Beef fillet, sliced after cooking, with a teryaki marinade, mixed veg and brown rice.
Beef chunks with smokey arribiata sauce and wholemeal penne pasta
Yeah bro, I eat mince more than anything else. If you're eating cold then make a chilli or tomato based sauce, like tomato and basil. Tastes way better like that, but if you don't really fancy a sauce just slap garlic cloves, half an onion and any spice you like, would recommend paprika and oregano, through it and it should taste pretty decent.
That's one I cooked outside of work, but most of the meals are similar because we cook for some pro footballers who require a decent amount of carbs. Are you cutting?
You do anything with a slow cooker? I recently got one and need to learn more things to do with it than 3rd tier pulled pork.
Also anything to do with chili. I normally get a mix from the store but would l like to make my own. Or sloppy joe style meats. Suppose I can use the slow cooker for this as well. Love it because it goes well with rice
>are you cutting?
No? I've been gaining weight but loosing fat, grains just make me feel low energy after eating and don't usually fill me up so I have them for dinner.
It's like carb loading for the next day.
I have some eggs left, I'm making an egg frittata in the instant pot with onions, potatoes, and turkey sausage
>3rd tier pulled pork
Kek
Nah actually. My mum used one a lot when I lived at home. She would make shit like bolognese and whole chicken etc. From what I saw she just put everything in at once and cooked it for 6-24 hrs. For Chilli you just need beans, chopped tomatoes a tbsp of:
Paprika
Cumin
Chilli powder
And a tsp of turmeric
Then a whole chopped red pepper, white onion, 2 garlic cloves and that's how I make the ones at work, obviously with like 6x the ingredients
If it works for you then keep doing it. You should try using things like corgetti(sounds retarded ik) and cauliflower rice as a carb substitute in your meals
What is the first step in learning how to cook?
In what sort of container should I store the food?
Don't greens get soggy if you heat them for the same amount of time needed for the rest of the meal? Is it really ok to freeze everything together?
>What is the first step in learning how to cook?
Practice. Even practice along to youtube videos if it helps.
>In what sort of container should I store the food?
Airtight/leakproof plastic tupperware. You can buy em in supermarkets for reasonable prices.
>Don't greens get soggy if you heat them for the same amount of time needed for the rest of the meal?
No, that just means they weren't drained properly after cooking.
>Is it really ok to freeze everything together?
I would freeze things like cooked meat e.g bolognese or chicken curry. Individually, just makes it easier to heat them up again. You can freeze them all together but I'm not sure how well they would defrost, should be fine but I don't freeze meals so there isn't much I can tell you.
Besides the usual rice and broc, what other stuff goes well with chicken that's easy and fast to prep?
I usually lose a lot of time cutting down vegetables when I'm prepping, any tips?
How to keep chicken moist? How long can I keep rice in the fridge? Should I steam or fry broccoli? Can you name your top five meal preps for clean bulking?
I try to avoid plastic storage whenever and wherever I can. Pyrex works so much better invest in a few good pyrex containers
>plastic tupperware
>plastic
stopped reading your shitty thread here
So you read all of it. Very good.
Sweet potatoes - 30 mins in the oven
Pasta - 10 mins to cook on the hob
Spinach - just wash it and its ready
Green beans - 10 mins on the hob also
You can buy pre-cut veg, costs a bit more but saves time if that's your main concern
>How to keep chicken moist?
Don't overcook it, or cook it in foil
How long can I keep rice in the fridge?
5 days to a week
Should I steam or fry broccoli?
Steam
Can you name your top five meal preps for clean bulking?
1. Minced turkey chilli & brown rice
2. 5% fat minced beef with tomato & basil sauce and wholewheat penne pasta
3. Cajun chicken breast with white rice and boiled broccoli/carrot/cauliflower
4. 5% fat beef chilli with sweet potato wedges
5. Beef stew with potato mash and roast veg
Can you freeze steamed broccoli?
I'm not sure if I should freeze raw broccoli and then when I microwave the meal it'll get steamed or to steam it and then freeze it.
I assume you're British. I overheard some faggot talking about how to British conquered the indians to get better food. Why do faggots always shit on british cuisine
Steam it then freeze it bro
Yes we did and food here is based af, there are so many fat fucks here that there is always excess/reduced price veg and low fat meat in supermarkets
