I planned on eating additional meats and vegetables on the side. This stuff just makes me feel really full for the amount of calories it is it would help sate my diet. I typically don't drink the broth when I finish the noodles anyways.
I eat these for lunch every other day. I don't drink the broth, I figure I'm pouring out 3/4 of the salt

Yes I do, but it wasn't one of those normal Maruchan ramens, it was some frozen ramen I got from Costco that had shit loads of broth. I checked the label a little bit after and it was like 4000mg Sodium lol

I would kill myself if I were to eat that too much. What ways do you spice it up? At least with ramen it comes in different flavors, but all different types of beans aren't different enough for me.

If you must eat noodles, I'd drain the broth (Twice even), then add a little of your own seasoning.
