1 scoop whey
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Milk (add until batter is semi wet)
1 egg
1 banana.
Mix dry ingredients, then add milk as instructed, mix well, add egg, mix well.
Chop banana and mix through.
Cook until you have a delicious pancake.
These macros are from my recipe with my whey:
Protein - 45g
Carbs - 130g
Fat - 5g
Total calories - 680
