Break up your meals. Instead of doing 3 big meals of 1.3k, do 5 meals of 800. That's how fat fucks get fat, by eating during times of boredom, which is generally every 3 hours.

Where's the protein? How to get FAT the post. As a recomping fatty don't waste your skelly figure getting fat, you literally have it easy mode to just build pure muscle and stay lean. Don't follow this fucktards advice and stay in a moderate surplus, slightly increasing when you feel no progress. And stick to a proper program/routine.
And make sure you eat plenty of protein and veggies. Stay healthy and try to avoid mass shakes unless necessary, unless it's Huel but even then whole food is better.

Wholewheat versions of stuff (brown rice, pasta, bread in moderation etc.), chicken I guess although I'm vegetarian and plenty of beans n shizz, quinoa. If you're really struggling have a look at Huel which is really healthy for a shake.
