After that, just choke it. Bonus points if you can get it from the back and throw it into a rear-naked (also known as a mata leao or "lion killer" in Favellanigger).

Depends how big the cat is, they range anywhere from 50-200 lbs. They're anywhere from 5-8ft in length, and 2-3 feet in height. So if it's a big one you're fucked, a small one or adolescent one, you could probably kill like that yes.

Anything you can pick up over your head, you can kill with your bare hands by slamming it onto it's skull or spine (the laws of physics are in your favor, 9.8 m/s^2 ain't fucking around). Strong enough to snatch at least 220lbs multiple time, and you'd be strong enough to kill it with relatively little damage to you.

That is, unless it did what most big cats do when hunting, and pounce on your back from above you, in which case you'd be fucked.
